An incredibly quaint cottage, such a perfect romantic getaway

We had a wonderful stay , we actually had a last minute upgrade to the larger house next door to the one we booked, so our expectations were well and truly exceeded. I could see the facilities at the smaller property were similar and exactly as described. We stayed as an extended family with young children and most of us never left the property! There was plenty to do for kids including little bush walks and exploring, watching the kangaroos , swimming , ball games, the biggest TV for movie time and nightly fire pits with marshmallows. I can see the property is ideal for large groups of any kind with plenty of spots for sitting and sharing meals. And the hot tub was great. There are wineries and other producers near by to visit. Faya was responsive to messages and his caretaker was friendly and very helpful. I can highly recommend this property .

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage with our family of five. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard was a highlight for the kids, with plenty of space to play and a great BBQ and outdoor dining area for us to relax. It was just a short walk to a fantastic family-friendly park, local pubs, and shops. Communication with the host was friendly and prompt, and she gave us some great local recommendations. Highly recommend for families looking for a well-equipped, welcoming place to stay!

The house was just as it is advertised on Airbnb. It was quite spacious for 6 adults and the big wide verandahs was great with lots of stormy weather. Access to the pool and tennis court was great to get in a bit of exercise. The pool table and darts also got a workout . A great 3 days for a get together of old friends.

What an amazing experience we had with our little ones, from waking up to feeding the horses, playing on the swing set to walking around the property. Eloise was so helpful and communicated all information that we needed. Its a perfect secluded home for getting away with the family.

Sally's cottage was the perfect place for my partner and I to stay for the weekend. It had everything we needed and so much more! The space was spotless and had beautiful details throughout the room. It was clear that a lot of heart and care had gone into the space. It had lovely views over their property to wake up to and plenty of spots to enjoy it. On top of that Sally was a wonderful host! She checked in with us the day before with very clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. She also baked us some lovely goodies and had stocked us up with fresh eggs and milk. The perfect host and a perfect stay! We highly recommend Mindaribba Cottage and would love to go back if we are back in the area.

Totally back to nature. Nice place, very secluded. Lovely hosts. Place was clean and tidy. Lots of outdoor amenities. Only thing to be wary of is that the cottage is located at the end of a very long (over 2km) unsealed driveway which is a bit rutted. But nothing to worry about if you take your time and go slow. It is the country after all!!

This was the first time we have stayed here it was a wonderfull place to stay very clean and everything you would need.Thank you also for allowing us to have our little fur baby.Would highly recommend this place

The location is super close to beach and restaurants, the suburb is quiet we all like it. My furry friend also loves the beautiful yard. We will definitely book this wonderful spot again if we back to Shoal Bay!

A lovely getaway from the big city. You’re surrounded by beautiful valleys. Paul’s place was everything we expected. Our dog also loved it. The place is modern with plenty of natural light that makes it feel very spacious. Instructions and comms was also on point. Definitely recommend this place those seeking some peacefulness and quiet time.

Joanne’s place was perfect for what we needed. They were wonderful hosts. And it was so nice to have our doggos stay with us too.

It was a great stay at Driftwood Cottage. Beautiful surroundings, and everything we needed was there. The place was clean, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the peaceful vibe and how close it was to nature. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

It was a wonderful Easter break in a beautiful, serene setting overlooking a pond and fields full of cows. Set near the end of the road in farmland, the only sounds were those of nature and at night the sky was full of stars! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

A truly wonderful weekend away. Such a warm welcoming feeling, the property and cottage is beautiful and instantly relaxing. The gardens create such a sense of tranquility and the house is full of relaxing corners to calm and entertain any guest. From books, to movies, games to cooking, you don’t even need to leave the house. The kitchen is so well equipped and the be beds were really comfortable. Every little detail, and more, has been thought of. The property is immaculately clean and full of beautiful art and decor. My kids (8 and 6) loved it too. Plenty to keep them entertained while my mum and I relaxed. The location is great too. Easy walk to the beach and loads of other activities nearby. Couldn’t speak highly enough of this stay. Thanks for a magical weekend away.

Beautifully kept property and amenities, and such a great place tounwind and relax. Alecia & Lloyd are wonderful hosts and they were proactive throughout the whole duration of our stay to make sure that our stay was relaxing & that all our needs were met. Was an awesome experience getting to meet their horses & feeding them.

Highly recommend Cedar Cottage! Beautiful place, clean, aesthetic, fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful nice holiday away from the hustle and bustle. The kitchen had a lot of useful supplies for cooking! Kerry is an amazing host and was very helpful with all instructions and also catered to our needs proactively. We were even allowed a later check out as we have a small baby, which was super helpful and kind of her. Thank you so much we had an amazing time

Had an amazing stay at Crossing Creek Estate. Cabin was beautiful, comfortable and well provisioned for our family. Soccer pitch was a real hit with our three boys which allowed us to relax and enjoy the sunset over a few wines. Location is excellent with beautiful views and very peaceful. Will be back for sure.

A beautiful, eco friendly cottage at Ashleigh & Jarrods sustainable property just outside Wingham. The cottage has a beautiful outlook and surrounding garden, and has everything you need for a short term getaway. Getting to the cottage and self check-in was easy and clearly instructed. Ashleigh and Jarrod are very responsive and great hosts (they even left some farm fresh eggs for us on arrival), they are close by and there if you need them, but the cottage is still very private. A welcome bonus was a visit from their dog Pudding, who was the most beautiful and well behaved dog. It was great to experience a sustainably constructed home, and it was a wonderful, comfortable and cozy place to stay after a long weekend of camping at a nearby national park.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfectly located, just far enough north of Cessnock to be out in the country, but close enough to get supplies from the major supermarkets. The vineyards of the Hunter Valley start just 5 mins up the road. The house is very comfortable and has everything you could need for short or long stays and the grounds are lovely and very peaceful. Jenni and Kristy were wonderful with there communication, clear and proactive instructions. Thanks for everything!
