Rich was an excellent host with great recommendations and prompt communication. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, travelling by train to central London on both days. The location of the bungalow was very quiet with private parking by the house and no passing traffic but only a few minutes' walk from a row of shops and restaurants and the train station. Rich left a wealth of "goodies" in the kitchen for us which was much appreciated.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it won’t be the last ! . Wonderfully helpful hosts and couldn’t fault in any way . Highly recommend.

I could write an essay about Ramona‘s place and it would never give it justice. I am an Airbnb super host. However, I very rarely find accommodations that I am willing to stay at on Airbnb in fact for my visit to London I was going to go with specialized service however, when I saw the reviews of Ramona‘s home, I knew that it had to be something special. It truly is. first the house is incredible. Second, Ramona‘s incredible attention to your stay from filling up the refrigerator before arriving to local recommendations to always being available is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced on Airbnb the location is absolutely fantastic. It is less than three minutes from the Heath. It is a 15 minute walk to the absolutely adorable village. There is nothing that you could want that Ramona will not try to help you find or get. the linens in the house are of the highest quality beyond a 5+ star hotel. I can attest that all the past reviews are true.!!! I highly recommend.!

We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Was such a beautiful home for a lovely weekend with my girls very clean and comfy and the little touches was adorable especially the welcome treat and the flip flops for hut tub. Easy to communicate with and just a lovely and cosy home. Would highly recommend this place 👌

La casa de Marina es fantástica, cómoda, muy bonita, se encuentra muy cerca de varias línea de autobús, de una tienda de conveniencia y de un centro comercial donde se ubica un supermercado, Marina fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas nuestras dudas. a las personas con movilidad reducida les puede costar un poco de trabajo subir las escaleras pero eso es decisión de cada usuario sin duda regresaremos.

Great location for north London, stylish and comfortable flat with a sun soaked garden. Only thing I would suggest is more kitchen equipment/utensils if you wanted to cook at the property.

It was a great place in a great location. We stayed a week, so having a kitchen with some of the basics (salt/pepper/sugar) was a huge plus. It is on a walking street, so from the sitting room/living room you can hear people outside and know you are staying in a fun vibrant neighborhood, but the bedroom is on the other side of the building and was very quiet, so definitely a win-win. We were there in January, so didn’t use the roof deck, but the light from the skylight door outside was a welcome benefit and I’d love to go back in the warmer months and enjoy time outside!! We were 2 people, so the space for a week was fine, but if you did have 4 staying, I would think a weekend would be the max you could do. Hosts were helpful and responsive when we had a question. You’ll likely do so much walking in London that it won’t be a big deal, just know it is a 3rd floor walk-up.

Fijn appartement in rustige straat, maar in een buurt met allerlei voorzieningen (supermarkten, restaurants, veel buslijnen). Het bed in de slaapkamer sliep als een droom! Ezekiel en Henry waren heel attent, er was een uitgebreid pakket met lekkers van wijn tot koekjes en van croissants tot jus d'orange. Ze hadden zelfs na een vraag van ons een koffiezetapparaat geregeld en heel proactief een kacheltje voor in de andere kamer omdat er iets aan de leiding moest gebeuren. Voor de meeste bestemmingen die wij bezochten (Hyde Park, Regent Street, West End) moet je ongeveer 45 minuten reistijd rekenen maar dat is in de dubbeldekkerbussen een beleving op zich. Het appartement is niet heel groot, maar voor ons gezin met twee kinderen zeker voldoende. Ik zou het aanbevelen aan vrienden.

I was down in Hackney for work and had the loveliest stay at Alice’s home. It is such a peaceful area of London with lots of great food places around and easy links into central. Alice’s home is bright and beautifully decorated - it really felt like a “home away from home”. I was blessed with fantastic weather on my trip, so it was great to spend evenings in the garden eating dinner after work. Alice was super helpful and responsive with any of my questions and I will 100% be back here for any future work trips in London. Thank you :)

Had an amazing couple of nights stay the location was stunning the views over the countryside loved the rural setting with fantastic hosts every thing that was needed was provided. Would definitely book again.

Debbie was really proactive and helpful in advance, during, and after our stay. The eatery she recommended was excellent, the accommodation was spotless, Debbie kept in touch before we arrived and stayed away so we wouldn’t get her cold! The place is beautiful and we will definitely look to stay there again! Place was perfect for the two of us and our two kids and whilst we had a couple of “accidents” Debbie was really helpful dealing with this too and very understanding. Thanks Debbie!

This is a very nice place: super clean, in a wonderful location, and close to restaurants, shops, and transportation. Rita is extremely responsive and does her utmost to make your visit comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Clare was a fantastic host, providing loads of info to help us settle in and get around. Lovely cabin, very homely and had everything we needed. The Holly Bush pub is a must for fiod and friendly service. Great dog walking around the National Trust ponds, although we had to keep dogs on the lead due to ground nesting birds etc. Would definitely recommend

The stay was just lovely!:) Exactly as pictured. We went there to celebrate birthday and did a lovely BBQ&Drinks. Everything we needed was there for us to use:) Hot tub was clean, warm and relaxing. I could stay there all night watching the stars. Alexia gave us fresh orange juice, milk and home made load of bread for the morning! Never been anywhere with such a thoughtful host!:) It was very well equipped, kitchen had everything possible, fresh towels and robes, even the body wash etc in the bathroom was a quality brand:) so many board games available aswell and next time I’m gonna buy a mattress I’m gonna buy the one that was in the cabin! So comfy! Overall 11/10 experience, it was very pleasant.

WOW! What a wonderful few days we had at the forest cabin at Red Kite Retreats. A special weekend for our son’s first birthday and what gorgeous surroundings we were in. The cabin was spotless, beds super comfortable and the cabin had great amenities. We did some lovely walks from the cabin and chilled for the rest of our time and took in the beautiful cosy surroundings. Would highly recommend and hope to go back again one day!

We had an incredible little stay at the beehive, tucked away, peaceful, quiet, cozy and cute. I would 100% stay again!

Had the most amazing weekend, cabin was delightful and very cosy, Hot Tub was great. Great walks as practically on top of the Ridgeway. My Mum and I had such a lovely, relaxing stay for two nights. Richard was a extremely nice, friendly host. Everything was exactly as described and we felt right at home. It was glorious waking up to the view of the garden (and Wilson the dog!). We loved meeting the donkeys and pigs, and we went on a beautiful walk around the local area. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the decking in the morning and evening, soaking up the sunshine. The pod is situated in Richard and Kezia's garden, yet we felt very relaxed and welcome. The grounds are spacious and so lovely. There was a BBQ, chimnea and hammock, too. The kitchennete provided everything we needed for simple meals and the place felt so airy and peaceful. We took the opportunity to travel 45 mins - 1 hour South to visit the New Forest and coastline, which was a treat, as well as some of the local villages like West Tisted and Newton Valence, where there are some charming old churches and incredible ancient yew trees. Highly recommend!

I have already booked to go back again for two weeks in June, that's how lovely this place is. Beautiful location, set on its own, on a farm, lovely and quiet with stunning outlook. The wood burner was very popular, Christine had already set it up ready for our arrival. Didn't get around to using the BBQ or Firepit Very comfy bed made it difficult to get up in the morning zzzz Thanks Christine and Mark for making us welcome.
