Just a short 5 minute walk away from the Perry Street rail station, this welcoming retreat provides effortless access all of Denver’s major attractions including Coors Field, Meow Wolf, Union Station, and so much more. The conveniently close highway access allows for quick trips to the mountains. I live in a completely separate unit on the main level. Welcome to Oasis on the Park in Denver. A private, street-level apartment in the beautiful Jefferson Park neighborhood. Wake up to scenic views of the tree-lined Jefferson Park. The area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). The Children's Museum of Denver, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Platte River Trail. You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.
