With walks from the doorstep & easy access to beaches and stunning coastline, as well as Dartmoor - a super location to explore all that the South Hams has to offer. The Mill is at the heart of Avon Mill Garden Centre and the home of Avon Mill Cafe - makers of the best 'Devon Cream Teas'!

Tiny, cosy cottage: 3 mile beach on the doorstep

South Devon is really a beautiful area and Sunnyview has an amazing position in the coastal village of Torcross, sitting within an AONB. 3 miles of beach on your doorstep and the SW Coast Path running behind the garden, there is so much to explore in this magnificent area. It's one of cosiest cottages in the country, more akin to a boat, with some clever design features to make creative use of the space. The views are magnificent and it's definitely one of those special boltholes to discover!

Set in a private garden on our 30-acre farm, the yurt has everything you need for a perfect holiday. 3 miles from the beautiful South Devon coast and easy access to local amenities. The yurt is furnished comfortably with kitchen, dining, seating and sleeping areas, has electricity & a wood burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

A contemporary basement conversion offers a luxurious stay in the heart of South Devon. The perfect base for exploring the town, coastal path and the beautiful beaches of the South Hams. The suite is located on the lower ground floor of a Victorian house on Fore Street, the main shopping street in Kingsbridge. The cafes, deli, fishmonger, baker and much more are just a couple of minute's walk away. The beaches of Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are less than 15 mins drive away.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. A cream tea awaits you on arrival. 1 night bookings only accepted Sun-Thurs. 3 night stays in the summer preferred, but ask to see if we can accommodate you.

It is ideally located for exploring the beautiful South Hams.

Beesands with its renowned pub & fish restaurant and the coastal path are less than a mile away. The barn is situated approx. 6 miles from Kingsbridge and 8 miles from Dartmouth. Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
