We had a wonderful stay. The house is just like it is an the photographs and is so peaceful. I don't think I've stayed anywhere as quiet before. We loved the pool and in the evening watching the sunsets and the bats fly around. Many have commented on the drive to the house, yes it's quite daunting the first time you drive up as it's very steep, but once you've done it once, it's not a problem. The house is about 10 away from Omis, but driving in/out each day was not a problem. There's lots to do nearby from river boat tours, the Zipline, rock climbing, quad biking and kayaking. Omis has some lovely restaurants and shops. The beach to the south of Omis is beautiful, crystal clear blue water. We spent two lovely mornings there. I thoroughly recommend staying here and it's been added to our list of places we'd like to return to one day.

We stayed a full week at Josip's place and have quite a few positive thoughts about the accomodation and the communication with Josip. First thing is the cleanliness. Everything is spot clean and well organised. This is surely the first thing one cannot not notice upon arrival. Towels and bed linen were provided. Even got bigger towels for use at the pool. The pool is of pretty decent size and is very nice and clean. Feels like being at a pool of a 4-5* hotel (but then for 4-8person)! The garden has a big walnut tree that provides plenty of shades during very sunny and hot days. This is also where we mostly sit when having a BBQ lunch/dinner. For whoever is looking for a lot of privacy, Josip's place is pretty much screaming that. Josip is a very helpful and proactive person and will go the extra mile to provide you with recommendations and tips to make your stay even more enjoyable. He is super responsive and available when in need

Mihovil was a great host.. when we had queries regarding the villa he answered promptly and concisely. Our pool was cleaned during our stay and we were asked each time when it would be convenient for us so as not to disturb our use. He was friendly and informative and the villa had clear instructions of do’s and don’ts for guests which were easy to follow. The villa also contained a useful travel guide for tourists visiting Dubrovnik which also covered other trips to surrounding islands. There was additional bedding, blankets, towels & pool towels available and a very useful washing machine. Mihovil has thought of everything including a supply of mosquito repellents for indoor and outdoor use. The villa is very well equipped and there is an outdoor barbecue for guests to use.. We would definitely recommend the villa if you wanted to use somewhere peaceful just outside of the old town but bear in mind the local supermarket or shops are a short bus/ car / taxi ride away. We

Wow! What a villa! If you want a peaceful, private, idyllic setting for a holiday then look no further. The pictures simply don’t do this property justice! Petra was helpful throughout and very responsive - an amazing host! Excellent facilities including private pool and outdoor cooking area perfect for 4/5 people! A car is essential as the property is high on a mountain side, which can also attract a few clouds in the mornings - but doesn’t impact your holiday at all. Que dire de ce logement?!? Tout était parfait, on a l’impression d’être loin de tout et en même temps les plages, les magasins, les restaurants se trouvent à 1/4 d’heure. La maison était d’une propreté irréprochable et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Et alors les hôtes… du jamais vu!!! Un accueil si chaleureux! Adresse que nous retiendrons inévitablement!

Sve super osim sto su u jednoj kupaonici u tušu bile dlake, te nije bilo gela za tuširanje ni u jednoj kupaonici. Noćili smo samo jednu noć pa nismo to puno zamjerili.

This house is beautifully decorated throughout, with lovely furniture and very nice touches. The photos don’t do it justice. It has a fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need (including a bottle of rosè wine). Truly fantastic master en-suite bathroom with excellent shower and very comfy large bed. The house is just off one of the pretty cobbled streets leading down to the buzzy little port but the garden and pool is also such a nice place to relax. Jelsa is such a picture perfect town with excellent restaurants (highly recommend Me & Mrs Jones) supermarkets, ice cream shops and fresh bakeries. We loved watching the boats coming and going. Also beautiful coastal walks either side of the Jelsa harbour. Hvar island is one of the prettiest places in the med. All in all this is probably the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in - we highly recommend Hvar island, Jelsa and this gorgeous house.

Stunningly beautiful villa and views from the pool and terrace. Fantastic BBQ area and outdoor space. Andrija (owner) was amazing, he provided us with recommendations for restaurants and nights out, especially the wine tasting event which was our highlight. We would’ve missed this if it wasn’t for him! His wife greeted us on the first day and his Son was also very polite and welcoming. I can’t thank them enough for making our stay so easy. Definitely need a car here….Imotski centre is approx 10 minute drive away and a taxi for 5 cost €20 each way. Strange but beautiful little town, on some occasions being very busy and lovely, others being very quiet. Markaska was also a highlight for the harbour, restaurants and the lively but very busy beaches. This was 35 minutes by car. A visit to Split old town was an hour away. The was a small supermarket, fast food and a local bar (which we didn’t try) 10 minute walk away from the villa. Overall a beautiful villa with a fantastic family hosting

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Can’t fault the apartment, location or hosts. Could have happily stayed longer. Loved it.

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

Ivana was such an incredible host. Our flight was delayed which meant arriving after midnight. Ivana was able to greet us and even offered to pick us up from the airport if we couldn’t get a taxi. This is way above and beyond a regular host. Thank you so so much. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 adults, 3 kids) with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over looking Cavtat was beautiful. Short walk to the harbour, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes to Dubrovnik by car or boat. Ideal location. Thank you so very much!

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

Appartement magnifique, moderne et très confortable. Belle vue depuis le balcon, parfait pour se détendre. Un excellent choix pour les vacances.

We had a great holiday experience at Bruno’s property. We traveled with our 2 years old toddler. His place is well organised for a family. There’s a comfortable cot with clean lines, sturdy high chair, and a step with a toddler toilet seat which made our trip much easier and felt like home. Everything is clean. Bed and sofas are comfortable. Lots of kitchen equipment. Easy access to the beach, grocery, and town. Only negative thing was a boiler(hot water). As we are 3 adults + 1 toddler, we expected to have a shower and bath one and another every evening. Boiler does work, but the capacity is very small so it takes over an hour to boil an another whole bath of hot water which wasn’t convenient.(we had to plan ahead when to take a bath and shower every time). I guess if you’re a shower person there wouldn’t be any issues. All in all Bruno is a very friendly, and helpful host. We highly recommend his place:)

Our stay at the River House was great. It was surrounded by nature and very private. Katarina was very helpful and responsive. Her mom treated us with some of her specialties and they were delicious. There were a few beaches around that we visited. Dubrovnik was about 15 minutes drive from there and it’s always nice to visit. I would recommend the river house for a summer vacation,

Gorąco polecam to miejsce! Dom położony jest na wzgórzu, nieco nad miejscowością, co pozwala na spektakularny widok na Selca i morze z tarasu. Dom jest wynajmowany gościom tylko w lecie, w pozostałe miesiące mieszkają tu właściciele - od razu widać i czuć ten domowy klimat i charakter. Można się poczuć jak w domu, kuchnia jest maksymalnie wyposażona. Układ domu, przestronny tears i duże patio pozwalają na wygodne funkcjonowanie 6 osób. Jest ogródek warzywny, ładnie utrzymane rośliny ogrodowe i kwiaty. Dom w serwisie Airbnb wystawia agencja, ale gości witają i obsługują właściciele domu - przesympatyczni i bardzo pomocni. Wielokrotnie podczas pobytu ugościli nas własnymi produktami - warzywami, jajkami z pobliskiego kurnika i pyszną oliwą. Basen i jacuzzi są regularnie czyszczone. Dom położony w spokojnej części wyspy, co jest dużym atutem. W pobliżu (dojazd autem, ale nie ma problemu z parkowaniem) są śliczne kameralne, kamieniste plaże. W Selca jest duży wygodnymarket spożywczy.

We had a great stay at villa Anita as a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. 4 bedrooms (bathroom en suite for each!) with fantastic views overlooking the sea, great pool and spacious communal area. The host Ivan was very responsive and welcoming, speaking German (almost) on a native level. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The only two things that could be improved are the couch in the living room - way to small to seat everyone and uncomfortable - and the BBQ which is in a separate dark hut and therewith not very tempting to use. Thanks for hosting us, we had a wonderful time!

Wir waren mit Freunden für einige Tage in diesem unbeschreiblichen Haus mit einer traumhaften Aussicht. Wir konnten unseren Kurzurlaub in vollen Zügen genießen, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-in & Check-out waren absolut unkompliziert. Auf Fragen bekamen wir stets zügig eine Antwort, auch mit guten Tipps für die Region. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, so dass man sich direkt wohl fühlt und die Auszeit in genießen kann. Es ist ein kleines Paradies zwischen den Bergen und dem Meer. Wir sind uns einig, dass wir in diesen Traum von einem Haus gerne nochmal Urlaub machen würden.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful villa in Imotski, Croatia. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive, always available whenever we needed anything. The villa was perfect for a family getaway, with a lovely pool, plenty of deck chairs for relaxing, and well-maintained gardens, complete with a tennis table for some fun family games. The beds were really comfortable, ensuring we all got a great night’s sleep, and the TV system was excellent, keeping us entertained during our downtime. The BBQ area was a fantastic spot for outdoor meals, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and laid-back, making it a perfect place to unwind. Imotski is a charming, friendly town, and there are plenty of streams and scenic walks nearby, which were great for the kids to explore. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend this villa for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable break!
