It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Lilac Villa is a very large and beautiful 5 bedroom Edwardian Style House, dated 1906, converted to a Holiday Home in Skegness. Just five minutes walk to the beach (dog friendly )and to the Sea Front and main promenade. The property is located in the quieter North part of the town, however it's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. From the kitchen are double french doors onto the deck. Which has seating and a barbecue for your use. The garden is enclosed with a firepit and grass area.

There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)

Train station with regular service to Skegness or 10 minute drive.
