Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Located in the small Istrian village of Šivati, the villa offers privacy and relaxation for the whole family. In front of the house is a large pool (52 m²) with sun loungers and a sunbathing area, while the sauna and jacuzzi provide extra luxury. Kuća za smještaj 4+1 osobe u mirnom selu udaljenom 20 minuta od Rovinja i drugih poznatih odredišta. Cijela kuca ima podno grijanje i u zimskim mjesecima je vrlo ugodno boravit u njoj. Kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe, svaka soba ima svoju kupaonicu, u dnevnom boravku se može smjestiti još 1 osoba. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima a na terasi uz bazen je i vanjska kuhinja sa krušnom peći i roštiljem. U dvorištu je bazen 8x5m i jos jedan objekt u kojemu je sauna i još jedna kupaonica.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the house.

Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
