Great place to stay, was easy to find and to navigate the area. 100% recommend.

Chad's house is a spotless and dignified charmer with unique features, updated cozy rooms and spaces that allow for quiet time alone even if you are staying with a group. The 8 seat dining table is great for a family gathering and the kitchen has enough dinnerware to serve them. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room after a busy day exploring the nearby downtown restaurants and shops. The backyard space is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, or to hang out by the fire table in the evening. Chad is quick to answer questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We loved staying here!

The Gathering Place was a great home to spend my son's Spring Break. We loved the hot tub and projector with large screen. There was plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was perfect for feeding our boys. Split level house allowed privacy for kids and adults, when needed. Highly recommend this home.

This was a great stay for our family. I really appreciated how homey it felt. The kitchen had everything we wanted, and the blankets were so comfy my kids wanted to know where we could buy some of our own. We spent a lot of time in the fenced in yard with our dog, so we appreciated there were lawn chairs in the garage, and the neighbors were friendly. We will definitely look for this property again next time we need to stay in Sioux Falls.

We had a great stay at Uptown Funk! The place had eclectic vibes with super bright, fun color accents and great decorating. Backyard space was awesome, we only wish the weather would have cooperated so we could use it more. Kitchen had all the things we needed to cook. Even though we didn't come with kids you can tell its kid friendly. Place was super clean and a great home base. Also, super conveniently located to get to multiple areas of town quickly! It made our stay in SF perfect! Maegan was super responsive and that was appreciated!

We definitely stay here again. Everything is as it's stated, beautiful home very well kept.

I stayed at Judys place for the week while I was working in town, and I had everything I needed! I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen so I could cook my own meals, and she included laundry detergent and dryer sheets so I could do a load of laundry while I was there. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated. I had wifi issues while I was there, and Judy was quick to respond and fix the problem immediately. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beth is an amazing host who goes above and beyond. Our stay was incredibly comfortable and we would absolutely stay again when in the area.

I return to stay in Robert and Teresa’s place for so many reasons. First of all they (including Miranda) understand the importance of offering a fragrance free place and are so helpful with whatever is needed. The decor is so homey and cozy but not overdone like some Victorian places. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want, but there are so many great restaurants in Sioux Falls you might not cook much. I will definitely be returning again and again.

Jacob’s place was amazing! Looked just like the pictures. Very cute area. We had a great time walking around the lake and enjoying near by restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if you are passing through the area!

If I could give 20 stars, I would! The home was exactly as it was in pictures. It was very clean and felt like home before we even made it inside. Charlotte was an amazing host, with “just checking in” texts through our stay, and so flexible on check in, making sure we had any and emerging we needed and being available if we needed anything. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all things that are mentioned in the description and so much more! It was a great central location for all the places we wanted to go. My kids absolutely loved the “kids closet” with toys and games plus the video game tv and foosball table. We enjoyed the privacy of the patio every night with the pretty lights around it along with the grill and fire pit. It is our top 5 airbnbs that we have stayed at and are planning to go back and stay again!

Loved the charm of the older home - it was very well maintained. You can tell that Robert and Teresa put a lot of thought into what would be helpful and useful for people staying in their home. They thought of everything...even down to the glasses in the freezer. We were very impressed with all the little details. We would definitely recommend this airbnb as well as return when we are in Sioux Falls.
