Et, amis de la nature, n'hésitez pas à scruter l'horizon, vous pourriez observer de beaux oiseaux!

Points forts de notre appartement : Emplacement privilégié : À moins de 30 minutes du cœur de Bruxelles et à 7 minutes de marche de l'arrêt de tram 4, vous reliant facilement à la grande place et la Gare du Midi et d'autres destinations clés. Cuisine équipée. Espaces confortables. De plus, grâce à notre proximité avec l'autoroute, explorer la région en voiture est un jeu d'enfant!

Studio "Hesperides" in Braine-l'Alleud/Waterloo

This confortable and stylish studio is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room and a living room with a breakfast bar and a sofabed. There is a private entrance and a terrace. The studio is adapted to a couple with a child/teenager but 3 adults can share it also. An infant can be accommodated in the living room. It is a good base for visits: Brussels Center is 40min away by car or train. Waterloo with its restaurants and shops is 3km away. The Memorial 1815 is 5km away.

Cet agréable duplex est situé à deux pas de la Basilique, au 3ème étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur. Il offre le confort nécessaire à un bon séjour (literie neuve, Wi-Fi, Netflix, bureau,...). Plusieurs commerces (supermarchés, boulangeries, restaurants) se situent à proximité directe. Le centre ville se trouve à 15 minutes en transports en commun (facilement accessibles depuis l'appartement) et 10 minutes en voiture (possibilité de se garer facilement dans le quartier).
