Very nice place to stay, I value the cleanliness. Only problem is that they make you download an app as the door key which doesn't work well sometimes. If your phone dies you won't be able to get into the hotel unless you tell them to come open for you

Great Stay in a Convenient Location. Just as shown in the picture. Although the room was compact, it was a beautiful place to stay and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff—Mea, Shannon, and Ryan—were especially helpful and made our experience even better. The location is ideal, with easy walking access to metro stations and bus stops. Plus, there are plenty of great spots nearby for coffee and breakfast.

Отличное расположение, в жилье было очень чисто, быстрая коммуникация с хозяином жилья. Залог быстро вернули. Все супер, кроме того факта, что ключ плохо срабатывал и не всегда открывал дверь с первого раза.

Na laat aan te zijn gekomen in ons appartement, bleek de geur van vocht en schimmels enorm in de kamer. Dit was zo erg, dat wij na een nacht contact opnamen met de host. We kregen het namelijk erg benauwd van de geur. De kamer was superschoon, maar de geur was gewoon niet normaal. Na contact te hebben gehad met Yani, Mari en Maica, hebben zij ons een voorstel gedaan voor een ander appartement (ander complex). Wij zijn hun hier enorm dankbaar voor. Verder reageerde zij altijd supersnel en vriendelijk. Door jullie is ons Singapore trip erg tof geweest! Dank.

Exceptional service from staff - they were always on call to answer my questions (including how to hail a taxi to the airport). The staff will reach out via Whats App prior to your arrival to share information. You will have to download an app and authorize a security hold ahead of time - but that's pretty standard practice in Singapore. App was easy to use. This Heritage listing is a short walk from many bars and nightlife - and yet I was surprised by how quite and calm it was inside. I got excellent sleep the nights I was there.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Hotel Singapore. The location was perfect, the price was very reasonable, and the hotel itself was modern and stylish. A special thanks to Mae, Ryan, and Shannen — they were incredibly responsive and always replied within minutes. They kindly allowed us to leave our bags after checkout, which was a big help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore!

Looks just like the pictures, clean and the hosts are very responsive. They also gave me recommendations for places to eat and drink. My one complaint is the extensive check in process. Other than that everything was great

The properly was very clean and well equipped. it is very small - I repeat very small. It was clean and well equipped -great location will lots of restaurants and bars close by. Although it is a small property the bathroom is larger than one might expect. Hosts were extremely nice.

Edmar was very helpful . Even due to the night noise offered us earplugs. I felt very welcomed.

Stayed here for few nights. Very nice place and easy to find. It is in a bustling and partying area so there’s lots to do around. Unlike other reviewers stated, noise from the street didn’t bother us at all but it is present. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on exploring Singapore on foot as almost everything we desired to see was within walking distance.

overall is good nice place for stay easy check in if u really understand the instructions but if u dont understand there in the hotel have a staff help u just call by phone the host and they will help u great host and staff specially for Edmar, Daphne, and Nica if u bring big suitcase is a bit trouble because the way u go to the hotel is stairs then the way u get ur room also stairs its tired if u are carry big suitcase

I had a great 2-day stay at the Heritage Airbnb at 76 Boat Quay. The location was perfect—right by the river and close to major attractions. The room was clean, well-equipped, and check-in was smooth. It was a bit noisy at night, but overall a comfortable and convenient stay.

the place is tidy and nice to stay, and close to the market and grocery store. the only thing that the space of the room is small. I really recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfortable staying 10/10.
