The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

All restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. The Pearl has air conditioning that can run up to 10-12 hours per day in the summer.
