Great place with an amazing view. Could walk to town in 20mins. House was perfect for our group with en-suite bedrooms. The pool was great. Saul was very responsive and friendly.

Our stay at Sea Haven was amazing! We had great weather and could walk down and swim at Dawn Beach almost every afternoon. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool everyday, nighttime swimming was their favourite! The home was in a great location but definitely need a car. Sleeping accommodations worked out well for us, my parents stayed in the bedroom in the main house, my 2 kids and us in the two bedrooms underneath. I would definitely return and stay again. Thank you Esheen for making our stay so wonderful and stress-free!!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Nous avons adoré la Villa L’arrivée c’est bien fait seulement la Villa n’avait pas été bien nettoyé et manquait un peu d’amour. Nous avons informé l’équipe de IRE et la même journée et un ménage supplémentaire à été fait ce qui a aidé à la situation. Comme les commentaires précédant la vue et le calme de cette endroit magnifique. Nous avons séjournés avec nos enfants et petit enfants et tous ont adorés leur séjours Nous avons fait le tour de l’île plusieurs fois et Indigo bay est très bien situé. Les couchers de Soleil et la parade des bateaux croisières étaient une activité aimé de tous Merci à l’équipe IRE pour leur réponse rapide Nous recommandons la Villa Indigo

This villa is everything you dream about when you think “luxury oceanfront escape,” and then some. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The privacy, the jaw-dropping views, the elegant decor—every detail of Villa Corrine is curated to perfection. Whether you're lounging by the pool with the ocean as your backdrop, enjoying a morning coffee with the breeze flowing through the open spaces, or simply relaxing in one of the beautifully appointed rooms, you feel like you're in your own private paradise. And the view? Let's just say waking up to that ocean every morning felt like a dream. This magical villa was one of the most relaxing, rejuvenating spaces that we’ve ever stayed at. Five stars simply don’t feel like enough. Thank you for sharing this incredible space with us!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had on Airbnb! The villa was even more beautiful than the pictures — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I especially loved the stunning view and the outdoor shower, which made the experience feel even more special. Our host Marie was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay at this super clean well equipped villa. Spacious and matches the description online. The outdoor patio and pool area is nice with great views. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Very flexible on check in and check out times. Extremely responsive. Stocked the fridge with complimentary drinks including wine and beer. The daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise and explained why the place was in pristine condition. A great casual villa for a family or group of friends to enjoy the west Indies islands. Loved it.

Very beautiful home. Quiet, spacious and beautiful views from every room in the house. The home was well appointed and very clean. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. The outdoor space was absolutely lovely. Great location if you want a quiet, tucked away hidden gem. We could walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants which made our vacation even more easy and relaxing. Host was attentive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We loved staying here. The location was quiet and peaceful but can get to many places within 10 minutes. The property was beautiful and nothing was better than having a cup of coffee in the morning and overlooking the bay. Sylvie was also amazingly accommodating and worked with us through our flight diversion and getting in late. I would totally come back again and we loved every minute!

We can’t say enough how much we love this place. It was perfect for our adult family of 5. Loved the location. Beachfront was less than 2 minutes walk. The bedroom views were stunning and beds so comfortable. Kitchen was full of everything we needed and more. Loved the few stocked items when we arrived. Being close to the hotel and the Veranda store and cafe made everything even more perfect. We loved our pool and beach days in and also a great location to explore the island. Thank you for the great hospitality!!!

A great villa, centrally located just outside Grand Case. Spotless and well equipped. Véronique was very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at this villa for many reasons. First, its location and three features we appreciated: it is on the west side of the island which means we saw beautiful sunsets every night; it is near Friar’s Bay Beach that we enjoyed a lot, including delicious food and great music at the Friar Bay Beach Café (quick note: you can walk to Friar’s Bay through the road - probably a 10 mins walk - but with the heat, we preferred to drive); and finally, it is secure and very private - we did not see nor hear neighbours. Second, its comfort. We spent most of our time outside, either in the pool or the covered patio. We also made friends with the turtles! The villa is well equipped with all we needed. And I would be remiss not to mention Julia’s quality service. She welcomed us at the villa and was very efficient to explain all its features. It was easy to communicate with her. Merci Julia!

Can't say enough good things about our stay AND about working with Sarah. She was patient and full of good info, and always replied quickly when we had a question. The house has an excellent design with plenty of living spaces to hang out - both indoors and outdoors. Loved the pool too.

Our family enjoyed a week-long stay in this villa. As soon as you walk in the door, the sunning deck + infinity pool + ocean view immediately make you lose whatever train of thought you were on. And the living room's big sliding glass wall and decoration/furniture frame it well. That "what a brain-wiping view" effect persisted through a week of excursions as we drove around in our rental car. Family members kept commenting on how much they were able to relax in this setting, and how far away their brains got from mainland worries. While the view was distracting us the whole stay, Axel (concierge) and Lydia (housekeeping) did a great job behind the scenes helping us get the most out of the island, providing restaurant lists and helping us navigate all the villa amenities. The drive into the neighborhood includes a pretty steep hill. The rental car did fine in low gear going up, and with some heavy braking going down, but I'd brace for it if you're driving. Combined with the smaller/bumpier island roads, driving is its own experience in my opinion! The two nearby beaches are enough of a vertical climb, and there are enough nearby villas/walls/obstacles that we didn't attempt the walk (or ask how we even do the walk). The drive to Friar's bay beach is quick, and a walking path connects them. This villa seems like a fortress because it needs to survive hurricanes like the monstrous Irma in 2017. The pandemic came in behind and it felt like the island is still recovering from a one-two punch to its economy. For us, the walls/gates/etc performed double duty as security. We got to interact with the French police a bit (they too kept getting sidetracked by the view!) at the end of our stay because a burglar tried and failed to gain access. It felt random and unlucky, but maybe worth keeping in mind. Axel did great recommending we close up the villa doors/windows at night and insisting on common-sense care with valuables.

Nous venions de Bretagne pour 10 jours dans le logement d'Estelle. Tout à été parfait. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre comme rarement vu ailleurs. Les logements sont mitoyens pour autant aucun bruit ne vient déranger la tranquillité. Nous avons beaucoup bougé en journée ( logement très bien situé), et nous avons apprécié nos soirées en terrasse près de la piscine à siroter le bam bam 🙂. Les restaurants sont accessibles à pieds, un vrai bonheur. Estelle a été très réactive et sympathique lorsque nous en avons eu besoin. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%. Nous l'avons quitté avec regret. Merci beaucoup Estelle

Le logement était exactement comme indiqué sur les photos. Je n'étais pas certaine de la proximité de la piscine dans la description, mais c'était parfait, elle était partagé pour le 8 ou 10 logements peut être et se fesait à pied par la cours directement. Une vingtaines de metres . La localisation de la maison était juste parfaite, nous avons loué une voiture,mais aurions très bien pu passer la semaine sans. Épicerie, restaurants ,tout se fesait en moins de 4 minutes. La plage aussi était très proche. Il ne manquait de rien dans la maison et les lits étaient très confortables. merci beaucoup d'avoir partagé avec nous cet endroit.

Emma responded very quickly and addressed all of our concerns. Very beautiful surroundings and secure location. Very peaceful. You have a pool all to yourself and you can enjoy views of other villas, mountains and bay from there. Orient bay is only 5 minutes drive which has clean and sandy beaches and amazing restaurants. To get to the villa you would need to go up 2 hills so I would strongly recommend renting a car in St. Martin as it is much easier to get around.

It was a perfect place to enjoy the view with the pool. The house was big enough for 6 people. Orient bay is 5 min away for restaurants and beach. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! The host was really reactive to our demands. We will be back!

Christine’s place is beautiful. The location is fantastic, as it feels both quiet and peaceful and private, and yet close to anything and everything you might need/desire. It is a great space for a family (we traveled with two small children). Christine’s place is well-stocked with anything you might need, from spices in the kitchen to pool toys, a first aid kit, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

Great location and also great communication with very responsive host. Easy walk to many beaches, restaurants and bar.

We've been to St Maarten at least 12 times. We've never stayed in this area, usually Simpson Bay. We loved it, close to everything. The place has an amazing view and pool. Nadine made check-in very easy and check-out. The place makes it comfortable. Everything was clean. As others have reviewed, a little worn, but certainly did the job. Plenty of places to get sun or hide out in the shade. For the money, a few things could be stepped up a bit: glassware ( one wine glass, the rest water glasses), silver ware, the master mattress was a rock, and few other things. I would rent it again.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I’m converted! Crystal was an amazing host and so responsive and helpful. I felt as though I’ve known her for years! Her place was amazing and the views are breathtaking. Waking up to seeing blue water and three different islands from multiple rooms was just unreal. The private pool was A+ and my entire family loved every second of privacy and exclusivity. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding newly built homes at night was just a beautiful sight. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was super spacious and had every single thing we needed on a daily basis. Crystal was flexible with my concerns and always responded super fast on messenger. I felt like I was at my own home! She was a blessing and I will definitely return to her place again! 10/10!!!! Thanks again, Crystal <3
