We loved staying at this Airbnb listing! The apartment is super cute and clean, and located in a very walkable area. There were lots of stores and restaurants nearby so it was very convenient for us during our stay. The host was very friendly and communicative as well. We will remember this place again for any future trips.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist gemütlich und sehr sauber und die Lage ist toll. Die Kommunikation mit Shinly war herausragend. Sie reagiert sofort und es ist ihr sehr daran gelegen den Menschen einen guten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Die Lage ist ruhig und schön. Es gibt viel fußläufig zu erreichen. Kann es sehr empfehlen ❤️

I had an amazing stay at Freddie’s apartment in Georgetown, Penang! The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to great local food spots, major hospitals, and heritage sites. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-equipped for a long stay, and exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the washing machine. Check-in was seamless, and Freddie was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Whether you're here for sightseeing, medical services, business, or just to chill, this place is a perfect base. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in Penang!

It’s a very nice stay. The house is on a high floor with an excellent view. The interior is very comfortable. It’s a place i would like to recommend to my friends and other travelers! The only downside is that there aren’t many places/restaurants to explore within walking distance. However, you can reach the bustling area of Georgetown within 10mins by grab.

Corner unit with magnificient seaview at the balcony. House got everything including 1 wheelchair for senior citizen with mobility problem. Amray is very helpful in guiding me on how to open the door using the digital key ( which shall be pointed at the center of the black door panel ) and by giving me a new password in case cannot open. Will definately come back again.

Steve was helpful and the instruction to check in check out was clear, we have a pleasant stay.

We had a comfortable stay at BK's place. The house was very nice, huge and could nicely house a big family like ours. We will not hesitate to repeat staying at his homestay whenever we go to Bukit Mertajam and vicinity. Thank you BK for your hospitality :)

Best place to stay for staycation. Nice and clean. have 2 car parks, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Able to cook, have nice beds and large living room hall. Quite place to sleep. Fast internet connection

This Airbnb is a gem! The location is excellent, with a fantastic coffee shop and great food right outside the door. The home itself is beautiful, offering plenty of space and super comfortable beds. We loved the nice outdoor area for relaxing. Having a new washer in the unit was a big plus, and the coffee shop steps away is like an on-site restaurant. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Homestay sangat selesa.. mmg sesuai utk yg bawak family dan ada anak ramai. Nak check in mudah dan check out pun flexible. Bilik semua selesa.. semua kemudahan berfungsi dgn baik. Owner pun reply pantas dan mudah berurusan. Tq sudi terima saya dan keluarga 👍🏻

The house is amazing. We had friends and family flying in for a wedding for a few days, the place was just nice to have simple catchup to with some friends and family who came down. We love that it has 2 living halls and a big dining area, we had different small groups hanging out in each area and not forgetting the rooftop was a nice hangout spot too. Things to improve….There is a big space on the 2nd floor too, however the aircond wasn’t working, if not that too will be a nice hangout space. Also the extra mattresses is more like a comforters, it’s too thin and not suitable for sleeping. But overall, our family totally enjoyed a serene stay. 5stars for service as well, check in was easy and responses were excellent. Even when we had left behind our belongings after check out, we were able to retrieve it with ease. Thanks!

One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! First time using a landed airbnb and it was for a group of 10 friends. Apple was very responsive from the start and was giving us lots of local food recommendations. Had a very good stay and the place was beautiful. Will definitely go again if heading to Penang!

clean & big house. fully aircond. toilet bathroom and room very comfortable. helpful & friendly host. there are set of kitchen utensil for muslim. its just like our own house. i will book again when travel to penang 🙂

The location is peaceful, with great local food nearby and access to a rooftop swimming pool. The accommodation is clean, and the host is friendly and hospitable.

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

Definitely will come again if in Penang. Felt like home.

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!
