The Lobster Pot - Simons Town Holiday Cottage

The Lobster Pot is an old family cottage that has been the location of many a memorable holidays down at the sea, snorkeling in the marine reserve, paddling around the rocky islands and going for hikes up the mountain. The Lobster Pot is a cosy little wooden cottage that is perfect for summer and winter, boasting beautiful views of False Bay and surrounding Cape point vista. The Lobster Pot is 5 Km out of Simonstown, between Bolders beach,penguin colony, and Cape Point. Come make memories!

A Greek-style cottage on the hills of Scarborough, a small seaside village near the Cape Point reserve. Crisp white walls, organic curves, and blue accents nod to the owners' many trips to Greece. The open-plan living space has two indoor fireplaces and an outdoor fireplace on the undercover deck, with sea views and a pool fitted with a safety net. This is the newest and best kitted out beach bungalow out of the 26 in the private nature reserve of Smitswinkel Bay, near Cape Point. A perfect barefoot holiday spot for reconnecting. Off grid, with solar powered fridge, gas appliances and candles and solar lamps at night. Built in braai on the deck and cozy wood stove inside. The architect-designed bungalow is spectacular with views from every angle and is beautifully decorated and kitted out. Great swimming and snorkelling!
