With half acre of lush vegetation and a winding creek running through the property spanned by numerous charming bridges, we are home to a huge variety of wildlife and birds including King Parrots, Rosellas, Lorikeets and bower birds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

Bullaburra is a quiet mid Blue Mountains village, just 3 minutes from Wentworth Falls and 15 minutes from Katoomba. The name means "Blue Skies" so we benefit from the clear Blue Mountains air without quite so much fog. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms. Two have queen size beds, the third has a double bed and a single trundle. There is a real flame gas fire and air conditioning. The garden includes some veges and herbs that you can pick.

Adam’s Hall 1900s School house

Adam’s Hall is a renovated 1900s cottage that was used as a School for 20 children in 1926. It shares some amazing history with its surround in Wallacia just a short walk from the well known Wallacia pub. The house itself is a charming mix of old character and new amenities with plenty to do for families and big groups. A 20 minute drive to Penrith or Narrellan. A 8 minute drive to the new Nancy-Bird Walton Western Sydney Airport.
