Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The house was perfect for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers). We especially enjoyed the kayaks, fire pit, frisbee, and the chess table.

Great cabin on the lake. Perfect for us to have a few days away. Loved our stay!

This is a wonderful off grid get away. We did a winter trip and pulled sleds with skis. Brought in water, coffee, and food. Made fires in the stoves for heat, and had a couple great saunas with cold plunges in the lake. Everything required work which is what my group was looking for. Wood to split, fires to feed, and lanterns to see at night. Close enough to ski back to the car and head to Ely anytime we wanted. Would recommend for unplugging from the busy world. Still had cell service if needed, but we stayed on airplane mode for the most part.

Sunnyside cabin is a great spot to gather as a family. Plenty of space, well equipped, and close to the Hayward area. We’ve stayed twice for the Birkie and it’s been wonderful each time.

Staying at Jeff and Susan’s was as easy as it gets— smooth check-in, beautiful location with wildlife out the back door (deer routinely passing through the yard), timely responses to questions, and minimal checkout process. Plenty of spices and cookware to feel like a home away from home. Home was very clean and watching the sunset over the lake from the living room never got old. Will certainly be staying here again!

The location and scenery are incredible, just like the cabin itself. From the start, we were blown away by the serenity and beauty of this home. With the beach adjacent to the property, it’s a perfect place to relax both outside and in. The interior is just as wonderful as the environment outside, which only makes the entirety of the location better. Sitting on the shoreline n the brisk wind to have a hot sauna waiting for you is about as good as it gets. The instructions for checkin and checkout were clear and easy to follow, along with the directions left throughout the cabin for the fireplaces and other amenities. It made the stay easy and worry free. It was a wonderful weekend at a wonderful location! Thank you for the much-needed getaway!

The stay here at Blueberry Cottage was truly a beautiful place to have a little R&R. Take the a little trail straight to the sandy beach to see Siskiwit Bay. With this property being pet friendly right by the water was truly a win win scenario! Not to mention those gorgeous windows taking everything in. Lacey was a terrific host! Kept me informed when there was weather coming through and had back up plans in case we needed to pivot and choose a different property to stay. The consideration and open communication made me feel at ease and while I didn’t need any assistance knowing she was a message away was incredibly reassuring. 5 out of 5!

We had a wonderful stay! David was a great host. We had our dogs Cal and Mable along for the trip. Cal and Mable made a new friend Davids dog Jack. Jack was such a sweetheart. Good times were made playing in the lake and sitting around the campfire. I highly recommend.

The place was lovely! You can see the lake out of the back door. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. The front bedroom was also lovely. Thanks for hosting us!

The check-in process was very easy, clear instructions from host, house was as described and spotless. We also loved the place, felt very cozy, accessible to lots of great places to hang out and in a great location.

Christina and Jeremiah are super responsive and have everything you need for a fantastic visit to the North Shore! The fireplace was perfect for warming a beautiful winter day watching the big waves up close. They have great coffee supplies as well as tea and hot chocolate waiting for you. They also had a stocked closet with hiking poles and stuff you might have forgotten for your outdoor fun. Kitchen is fully stocked as well. Lots of pillows and a comfy bed. Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

The beautiful view of the lake was one of the main reasons we chose this property and it did not disappoint! It is a wonderful location being a short drive into Two Harbors and the many parks for hiking. We had plenty of space for our group of 5 and enjoyed the trails, hot tub, pickleball courts and fire pit areas on the property grounds. Steve is very good about providing all the information you need!

The place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. Also, it is incredibly close to one of the alpine ski lofts for Giants Ridge (literally right across the street). We will definitely stay again!

We had a great week-long winter outing. The unit is right across from the ski resort, but quiet and peaceful with views overlooking the frozen lake. We were able to take long (snowshoe) walks with our dog on the Mesabi trail, plus the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals.

Perfect Airbnb. Had everything needed plus extra snacks, ice maker, extra blankets…exceeded all expectations!

We arrived at the house in sub zero temperatures and were very happy to be inside the house with the wonderful radiant heated floors. Warm and cozy! Comfortable beds and warm blankets made for restful nights. The view of the bay is beautiful. Moon rising over the horizon reflected on the ice . We heard Great Horned Owls hooting in the distance. Next visit we hope to come in the summer or fall to walk around more and see the lake. Thanks again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront gem on Park Point! Easy beach access was a dream, and Marty McFly (our pup!) gave it two paws up for being so dog-friendly. The location was perfect for strolling to Canal Park's restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Duluth getaway!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! The cabin and surroundings were beautiful. So many waterfalls and hiking nearby. We loved the private beach and views of Lake Superior. Beau & Katie were fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive, and proactive with information. I look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Private, quiet, relaxing— exactly what we wanted. So many stars!

The cabin was comfortable and we loved the location. Its right off of a quiet beach and walking distance from the pier; it really is the best of both worlds! We highly recommend staying here. Kathy was great to work with.

There are no words how we loved David's place. We were so amazed and never experienced the same. First of all I would like to mention the surroundings of the cabin with an amazing view to the lake with magical wildlife. Around sunset deers got so active and spotted some. The night along with wolves howling and owl calls gave us very unique experience what we never forgotten.Unfortunatelly we did not have a chance to see black bears in the bear country, but next time. 😉 About the cabin: Spotless clean, cosy,well equipped and unique forest athmosphere/design, characterized the entire interior. Served our needs completely. We have got way too more than we expected. Definiteley back again. Thank you for everything David.
