The apartment is located in a renovated historic building, built in 1887. There are two parks next to the building. Apartment is freshly refurbished and is located on the second floor. Neighborhood is called quiet center surrounded by the Art Nouveau architecture, diplomatic area of embassies, restaurants and cafes. Few minutes’ walk away you will find Andrejosta – central marina with various restaurants, bars and clubs. Old Riga & other sightseeing objects are around 15 minutes’ walk away.

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

The apartment (75 km2) is located in a 19th century house 5mins walk from the Old Town. The windows face the picturesque Castle Park (Cēsu Pils parks). The place has a bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room and a veranda that offers a romantic sunset view. (Veranda is warm only May–>Sept). Wooden floors. Central heating. The kitchen is well equipped; a washing machine for laundry. Suitable for couples, families (with kids), small companies. We offer discount for 2-day and longer stays.

The charming Old Town Apartment is on the ground floor of a historic building in the vibrant heart of the city, surrounded by lively bars, cozy cafés, and outdoor dining spots. Despite its central location, the apartment stays peaceful, overlooking a lovely inner courtyard. Guests can also use two bicycles to explore the town, discover its historical landmarks, or enjoy scenic rides along the cycling and walking paths of the picturesque Gauja National Park.

This apartment is ideally located in the historic centre of Riga, with views of the Old Town. It is close to restaurants, shops and all the main tourist attractions, making it easy to plan your visit. The cozy studio has a unique oval office and coffee machine for undisturbed work. The flat is situated in the center of the city in the house, built in 1900. The style of the flat is fusion with the elements of loft. The flat is equiped with all necessary things people need, trying to make staying of my guests full of comfort and pleasure. All equipment was picked up with the help of designer and respect for guests. The bath has a light crackles, which doesn't disturb bathing.

Equipped with everything needed for a short stay in Riga, it is located 15 minute walk from the Old Town, with many restaurants and shops nearby, which makes it a perfect base for exploring Riga. Smoking on the balcony is strongly prohibited! Penalty for breaking this house rule - 100 EUR.
