El departamento era muy cómodo y tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. El estacionamiento fue un gran plus. La ubicación también es excelente: cerca del metro y con supermercados a poca distancia. ¡Muy recomendable!

Ravies de notre séjour chez Andréa. Les explications sur le logement sont détaillées et claires. L'appartement correspond aux photos, propre , fonctionnel, literies confortables et surtout proche du métro et de la ligne de bus. Nous avons ainsi pu tout faire à pieds c'etait top. ( visite de Madrid mais aussi 3 autres villes Toledo, Segovia, et Aranjuez qui sont rapidement accessible en train) Andréa a été réactive à nos demandes , toujours présente rapidement pour nous répondre et nous donner des conseils. A recommander 👍👍👍

Nuestra estancia ha sido corta, pero muy cómoda. Nos ha gustado mucho el alojamiento, es perfecto para dos personas, está bien comunicado con metro y autobús o 15min a pie desde el metro más cercano. La zona es muy tranquila, perfecto para descansar sin ruido por la noche.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place. The apartment is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and the host graciously accommodated our early arrival. The apartment is centrally located with plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. In short, a great experience all around. We highly recommend it.

El alojamiento de Luz, si bien es pequeño, es perfecto para una estancia turística. La ubicación es su principal atributo, es excelente. La calefacción está en un punto ideal. La comunicación también es algo que agradezco que desde el momento de la reserva fue fácil y práctico. Luz y Altair fueron muy atentas, tardé un poco más del tiempo avisado para llegar por un contratiempo y aún así me estuvieron esperando con buena actitud. Mi única crítica sería tal vez con respecto a la limpieza de los utensilios de cocina, al menos las cosas que usamos tan solo de verlas no se veían muy bien lavadas.

Alicia propose un très bel appartement décoré avec goût. Nous avons séjourné en couple avec nos 2 enfants et nous étions très bien installés. station de métro proche pour rejoindre le centre de Madrid. Alicia est très réactive, à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine fois !

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

O apartamento é muito bem localizado. Está muito próximo a Gran Via e aos fundos do palácio real. Excelente para fazer boa parte dos roteiros turísticos a pé além de diversas opções de restaurantes e compras aos arredores. É muito bem equipado e perfeito para quem busca um local conveniente para passar o dia fazendo turismo. Importante ressaltar que ele fica em um andar abaixo do térreo com pouca luz, mas é muito aconchegante e não é um problema para quem busca comodidade e conveniência.

El apartamento de Marta es hermoso, cómodo, amplio y luminoso. Se nota su reciente restauración, todo de buen gusto y con armonía y calidez. Éramos 3 matrimonios y nos sentimos como en casa, las camas cómodas, sábanas y toallas más que suficientes y de buena calidad. Marta tuvo la gentileza de dejarnos productos para el desayuno, con artefactos que funcionaban perfectamente. La ubicación en Chueca es inmejorable, a pocos pasos de la Gran vía, es decir, en una zona llena de negocios , restaurantes y bares. Muy cerquita hay un supermercado y en la calle paralela (Fuencarral) pudimos acceder a muchos negocios más. Madrid es una ciudad preciosa, cosmopolita y vibrante . Ojalá podamos regresar y alojarnos nuevamente en el departamento de Marta 🙌🏻

Beatriz and Lauren were wonderful hosts! Very welcoming and helpful! We felt at home there! The location is excellent! Stores, restaurants, parks and historical sites all within a few minutes walking distance. We highly recommend this flat!

One of the best and cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Raquel and her co-host were friendly and responsive. They left us some complimentary drinks and snacks. My cleanliness standards are high and I thought the place is very clean! Walkable to most places and a very nice neighbourhood. The apartment itself is very cute. We had a great stay in Madrid and this apartment. I highly recommend!

Marta ist ein fantastischer Host, das Apartment in toller Lage hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Marta antwortet sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Gerne wieder!

L'appartamento è molto bello e ristrutturato con cura e buon gusto. Il quartiere è fantastico e la posizione è molto comoda per visitare a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. La deliziosa pasticceria proprio di fronte a casa è perfetta per organizzare in autonomia le colazioni. Letto confortevole, pulizia attenta, comunicazione rapida e precisa. Ampio e molto comodo anche per una famiglia di 4 persone. Da tenere in considerazione che l'appartamento si trova al piano terra, con accesso dalla strada (seppur molto silenziosa e tranquilla) ed è praticamente privo di luce naturale. In compenso la zona relax al piano interrato è una chicca!

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!

La estancia fue genial, la casa es tal como aparece en las fotos. Buen patio que para cuando haga buen tiempo, es una pasada!! La casa está muy bien ubicada, a 5 min de Segovia y de la Granja, y a 20 min de la Sierra de Navacerrada. La propietaria muy amable y muy pendiente y contesta súper rápido!! Muchas gracias por la estancia!!
