This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Valerie is a wonderful host: responsive, kind, and generous with her time and suggestions. She's also a native english speaker for those who don't have French capabilities. This apartment is in a great location for both exploring Nice as well as the towns outside of Nice. It's a very easy walk to the tram (connections) and the busses that will take you to all the cities you've heard of, and some incredibly beautiful ones you haven't. Easy walking to grocery and restaurants too.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine Woche bei Marie-Anne zu verbringen und wurden sehr herzlich von ihr empfangen. Sie respektiert die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste vollkommen und steht bei Fragen stets schnell und hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Der Pool und der Garten waren zur alleinigen Nutzung freigegeben, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig und angenehm, perfekt, um sich zu erholen, und gleichzeitig ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung entspricht vollständig den Bildern und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Alexia, communication fluide, logement propre et fonctionnel, tout y est. Idéal pour une famille (les jeux et livres pour les enfants ont été très appréciés !). Une petite maison agréable en centre de village dans laquelle nous avions plaisir à retourner le soir après les randonnées. Merci :)

Perfect apartment for a working/vacation. Great location close to the centre of Villefranche although you do need to be fairly fit to climb the steps from the harbourside to the property. Roni was very helpful and met us on arrival and gave us some great tips on local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and looking forward to returning soon.
