Ann Marie’s home is beautiful! It truly feels like a home. Her staff are very kind and helpful. The home is clean(our cleaner came every day) and tidy. Unfortunately due to the country wide power issue, it was difficult for us to get comfortable as the home rarely had power. There is a generator, but fuel is the responsibility of the guest and currently fuel is quite pricey, and this information was not disclosed in advance. Due to this power inconsistency it was extremely difficult for me to work(remotely) since the WiFi would not work without power. So, we decided it would be best to move to a place with 24/7 generator access with Inverter to ensure 24 hour power. However it is not the hosts fault that the entire country does not have reliable power. She did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She was responsive to our issues, professional, and kind. Under normal circumstances, this would be 5 star stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Had the best experience staying there. Everybody was so friendly and sociable. Had lovely conversations. Food was 10/10, people were 10/10. Felt well looked after. Loved it. Will highly recommend and will definitely be coming back there. A massive thank you to all our hosts. Can't wait to visit again.

Mon séjour dans cet Airbnb à Freetown a été tout simplement parfait ! L’endroit était propre, confortable et l’hôte était vraiment accueillant et serviable. L’emplacement était sûr et bien situé pour accéder facilement aux endroits clés. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement à tous ceux qui souhaitent profiter de Freetown en toute sérénité. 5 étoiles sans hésitation !

My stay at Michael & Jesi's place was superb, very highly recommendedand I would come back any time! Jesi was around during my stay and was a wonderful and very helpful host. She picked me up from the watertaxi and gave me a lift upon return. She was always available for questions and did her very best to accommodate me despite the constant blackouts. The house is located just opposite the beach which is ideal for walks and runs. Also easily reachable with public transport. The flat itself was spaceious and very clean and was cleaned during my stay. The beds are comfortable (something to highlight in Sierra Leone!) and the bedrooms have AC. The kitchen was also nicely equipped. The compound is guarded 24/7 and I felt very safe there.

I had the privilege to lodge at Gerald gorgeous flat not only was he a gracious host but he became a friend, The space is absolutely beautiful Every morning I would go outside to the garden and stretch and do meditation it definitely was a very serene environment. Only about a 10 minute walk from the beach I am in a very quiet but lively neighborhood. He even made sure I had someone to help me with basic things such as laundry I really appreciate this place and the host because it definitely added more positivity and comfort to a very important and beautiful trip. I would recommend here is your first time in Freetown because of the location and the comfort, and also if your returning you will be really impressed by the modernization, thank you again 5 stars

Alfred has been an amazing host ..very professional and the property is just as described and it is beautiful ..you will not be disappointed and very good value for money . The location is excellent right near the beach and lots of beautiful places to visit in the surrounding area . House was beautifully styled ,clean and good to have running water and kitchen facilities you will not usually find at homes in Sierra Leone ..can't wait to visit again soon ...:)

Nice place. We booked last minute and host reacted quickly. Place is clean and tidy. It was a bit hard to find but host came down to meet us. Steep way up but beautiful view.

I had the pleasure of staying at Michael and Jessi’s condo in Freetown beach area, and it was an exceptional experience. The condo was immaculate, well-appointed, and provided all the comforts of home. The location was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions, food and amenities. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality of Michael and Jessi. From the moment I booked, their communication was prompt and informative. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing personalized recommendations for local dining and activities. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests made me feel welcome and valued. The apartment was clean, light and spacious with the top notch appliances. A lovely apartment in an amazing location. Balconies on both sides. You can have your morning coffee while watching the ocean. Gorgeous sunsets from the big windows and lovely sea breezes. Everything was great - comfortable bed, air conditioning, cooking facilities, smart TV, hot water, internet. It felt very safe inside a compound with guards. Michael and Jesi were super kind and responsive, Jesi very kindly picked me up from the boat in the middle of the night. Highly recommend, I’ll be back.
