This was such a lovely family experience, there is lots of space, a great selection of games, multiple comfy seating areas and a super useable kitchen. My kids are older, but i noticed the home was fully babyproofed, outlet covers etc. This really felt like staying in a much loved home. And Eileen baked us fresh bread and muffins!!!

Brigitte’s place was great for a quick overnight stay. The house was clean and spacious. Brigitte was very communicative and helpful. I would stay again!

The house was beautiful and fit our family comfortably. The bathroom and kitchens and bedrooms were pristine. Jade had all the necessities to handle cooking and cleaning both inside and outside of the kitchen. It was an easy drive to elk Mountain. Jade was very responsive and friendly.

Wonderful host. Very clear and respectful-and in our case helped us out beautifully in a pinch. The house is very comfortable—a classic farmhouse with plenty of amenities. The record player/vinyl collection is an added bonus. The word burning stove and the dayroom it is in is a great room to lounge in, the kitchen is well stocked, and the surrounding area is very quiet and quite pretty-wonderful hemlock groves across the main road down the hill. Not far from Livingston manor and other small nice towns. Definitely would recommend and would be happy to return. Ideal for a small group getaway. And also, though it is close to a decent sized road, in the winter when we were there for 3 nights-maybe a half dozen cars. Extremely quiet in general and at night specifically.

I was sad to have tested positive for COVID as we were about to set off, but didn’t want to spoil the trip for our group. But the group really loved the house, it was clean and very spacious, had everything that was needed to feel right at home. The view was spectacular, and it was in a relaxing secluded spot. The beds were so comfortable! Judy and John were very welcoming, nice, readily available, lovely to spend time with. It was the perfect stay for a large group with the cabin also.

Butternut Farm cottage charmed us with its cuteness and thoughtful amenities! We were impressed by the well-equipped kitchen (utensils, spices, Ziploc bags!) and the provided hiking sticks – Michele truly thought of everything. Our Frenchie loved exploring the farm. However, we did encounter a few wasps inside on separate occasions and ants in the small bathroom. The main bathroom's lukewarm water and leaky tub prevented relaxing baths. While the highway noise was unnoticeable thanks to provided noise machines, the first-floor bathroom setup (main bath attached to main bedroom) and limited hot water for multiple showers require planning. Despite these minor drawbacks, our family had a wonderful time. The cottage's charm and the pet-friendly farm made for a memorable getaway. We'd consider returning, hoping the small issues are addressed.

Really beautiful house thats only 5 minutes from the town of Livingston Manner but set in a totally isolated serene private woods, with a clearing where deer and geese graze in the afternoon. The house has a deck and a huge yard with a fire pit and a whole game room with darts and ping pong and everything else you would need to have a great stay. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful with everything.

Margot's place was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our weekend getaway.

This unit was very clean and well suited with everything needed. While staying in a barn, it didn’t feel like one as it was very new and updated with a modern feel. The host Mike was very friendly and even showed us around his barn with the animals.

Easy 2 min walk to town, great space, cozy too! Loved the kitchen & perfect for a family.

Only there for a quick over-nite stay for a memorial for a friend. Ann and Frank built this Air b'n'b purposefully into the lower level of their home when they built it. The apartment is spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Step out the door to the view of the pond and beautiful countryside. 10 minute drive to quaint county seat of Norwich , NY. with restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, etc. Easy drives to Cooperstown baseball Hall of Fame or Ithaca (Finger Lakes, Cornell University.) We lived in the area for 30 years before moving south to be closer to our grandchildren. It was nice to be "home."

It really is like being at home. It is a beautiful cabin, surrounded by lots of snow and lots of pine trees. lots of towels and lots of blankets. We really had a great time, and Myrna and Mike, they are really great and very friendly. one hundred percent recommendable

We had a wonderful stay on Gemma’s property and felt right at home. The kids loved feeding the farm animals — a total highlight!! Gemma generously provided us with an array of breakfast items, which really made for lovely mornings. We would absolutely return!

Host was very responsive and proactive. We experienced a brief loss of power and they reached out immediately to check in and make sure our stay was not aversely affected. Nice tranquil setting on a dead end road with very little vehicle traffic.

Maryanne’s place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! It was cozy, quiet, and very clean. She had the fridge stocked with goodies, and delicious banana bread. There were trails on the property that made for a perfect morning walk. I would highly recommend if traveling to the Cooperstown area.

Had a great time at the cozy cabin. It's a cabin but still has some nice amenities. Location is somewhat close to road, you can hear occasional cars go by. Still, back by the pond it feels like being away from it all. I had a blast hiking local trails and enjoying the foliage.

this was the perfect family escape . The cabin had everything we needed. We had a lovely time. The private and peaceful location was just right to explore nature and also go to the Baseball hall of fame. We loved the board games and coziness of the cabin. Would stay here again!

Anastasia's cabin is a delight and very cosy. It was a lovely stay and Anastasia was extremely helpful to make it even easier. Highly recommend.

Stayed one night and loved it—super cute spot! The alpacas and animals were fun to be around, and waking up to a foggy spring morning with the big window was v pretty. No running water takes a little getting used to, but it was totally fine for a night and was communicated clearly in advance. Great location—feels nice and remote but still close to town.

I believe one of the best compliments to any AirBnB host is returning to their property: this was our fourth visit to the Clack Cabin, and surely not our last! We love the Clack Cabin for its coziness, comfort, and location. It's a small space, but has absolutely everything one needs. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with the stream providing such a soothing soundtrack. The Clapper Hollow State Park a few steps away from the cabin has many easy and quiet paths to explore (we had the forest entirely to ourselves on Easter Sunday!). Clara is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful with local tips and knowledge. We already look forward to our next visit!
