Wifi, Netflix and Disney+ available. Our site is a 3 min walk to the beach and a 1 min walk to the playground and showers. With 3 beds and a pull out couch that sleeps 6.

Our 27ft RV is clean and well maintained, equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable experience. There is Wifi with 100mbps (DL). The site is 5 mins walk from the beach and 2mins to the showers and playground. There are three boat launches within 10mins (one across the road). Beds: Queen, two single bunks, fold down double. 4 ADULTS MAXIMUM.

We have changed our listing to unit # 2 from Unit# 4, still offering a camping experience with all the amenities of home, with our fully equipped 31' travel trailer. The unit is situated on our property 6 km south of Sicamous, in the community of Swansea Point, overlooking beautiful Mara Lake,. We are 7 minutes from downtown Sicamous and the Sicamous Public Beach. We are 15 minutes from 2 golf courses and hiking and quad trails. We have ample parking for your boat or quad trailer.

The 140-foot beach is exclusive to owners and renters, offering a peaceful, private retreat across the road from a private beach. Maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. The Park requires all renters provide a copy of Drivers Licence and sign a Renters Rules form. Free showers are available at office.

Plenty of room for parking and boat trailer.
