Located in Arthurs Point, we are only a few minutes drive from Queenstown (5km/2.5miles) Coronet Peak Ski Field/MTB, 2 brew pubs, Shotover River walks and bike tracks, Onsen hot pools, and multiple adventure activities are just minutes from the front door. Private (off-street) parking is available onsite and the public bus is 5 just minutes walk away.

It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
