A village shop and a butcher/deli are a short walk away and the centre of Norwich is only a 20 minute drive. This area is popular with cyclists due to the quiet routes and a host of cycle friendly cafes. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, shower room, dining/working area and kitchenette. There is an off road parking space and bicycle storage if required.

The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. You will love this self contained studio which is sunny in summer yet cosy in winter. Brindle studio has two private outside seating areas. One sunny courtyard garden and one cosy undercover area. Brindle studio has its own private entrance .The studio is attached to our home ( So some noise at times maybe heard ) although the adjoining door is locked giving you a private area. We have designed brindle studio to give you a feeling of security to enable you to have a relaxing time in Norfolk.

The annexe has private access and offers a double bed, kitchen, smart TV, modern furniture, electric radiators and ensuite.

The Hobbit - A Secret Garden Hideaway

The Hobbit is a small cosy hideaway, located within the grounds of a beautiful English country garden. The space gives the feeling of an old ships cabin, with original oak beams and panelling. The place might be small but still has all the comforts of home, including a standard double bed, underfloor heating and a deep roll top bath. As well as being furnished with antique fixtures and fittings. The Hobbit has a small but lovely garden room, where guests can just watch the world go by.

This is a classic early 1970s studio city apartment ( of approx 38 square metres) for 1 or 2 people that could not be more central ; perfect for exploring the old streets of Norwich. Once inside the apartment you have views of the old city skyline. There is a communal garden and all the comforts indoors that you need. *NB the sleeping area is in the Eaves and is approached via a proper but narrow staircase. Head height is fine in the centre over 6 feet( see photos). Car parking nearby.
