The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Welcome to our loft! The home is split into two levels, and this is your private space with your own entrance! It is perfect for smaller groups of travelers. We are close to downtown Seattle and have plenty of free street parking in our quaint neighborhood. You will love the easy access to I5 and short drive to downtown Seattle! Our loft is equipped with a queen sized bed, a 40in smart TV, portable ac unit during the summer, and complimentary coffee! We look forward to welcoming you!

Hand Crafted A Frame & Sauna in a Private Forest

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. She is built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath house located in the charming Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle. There are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable king size bed to ensure you have a restful night's sleep. Just a block away from a grocery store where you can stock up on essentials and two blocks away from a plethora of bars, restaurants, and shops. You'll never be bored with all the options available to you! Each bedroom has a 12k BTU window AC unit.

Escape to the cozy cottage in the forest of big trees. Ecologically built, a healthy environment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large picture windows make you feel like you are part of the forest. Enjoy visiting the Norwegian town of Poulsbo, yet Seattle is not far away. There are also many hiking and mounting-biking trails, parks and beaches nearby, and the Olympic National Forest is just a javelin-throw away. Experience the magic of the big trees!

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics).
