A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Simply lovely South Downs Shepherd hut

Ideal rural retreat for anyone and everyone! This cosy wooden cabin is a simply lovely place to stop and unwind. Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). Being close to a road the sound of traffic is audible. If you are walking the South Downs Way and want to book for one night only please contact me, we may be able to accommodate you.

Romantic Shepherds Hut 20 mins from Brighton

Our Shepherds Hut is nestled on the edge of the South Downs National Park & is within easy reach of Brighton. Our cosy well equipped hut provides a bolt hole for a romantic mini break, nearby pubs include The Ginger Fox & The Shepherd & Dog, both serving incredible seasonal food. We have wonderful walks on our doorstep & acres of land to explore. We hope you’ll love our hut with the wildlife & ancient woodland surrounding it & take the opportunity to switch off, sit back & relax around the fire.

Contemporary annexe perfect for a beach getaway

Braemore Lodge is a private annexe property just a stone’s throw away from the historic Hove seafront. Guests will benefit from their own entrance, a private parking space and a recently fitted modern kitchen and bathroom. Braemore Lodge can host up to 3 adults / 2 adults and 2 children (with the benefit of a folding sofa bed). Based in central hove, guests can enjoy water sports at Hove lagoon, relaxing walks along the beach or visit the selection of different restaurants Hove has to offer.

Cozy secluded Barn, South Downs National Park

This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier mattress, tea/coffee etc., Short walk to pub where your dog is welcome. The Old Barn has a breakfast & food prep area, air fryer, microwave, fridge Welcome pack provided & continental breakfast. BBQ packs available on request before /during stay

Situated in a good residential area with Worthing Railway station, shops, restaurants, takeaways and pubs within 5-15mins walk. About 13 miles from Brighton and Chichester and 8 miles from rustic Arundel. Has Double bed, fold out bed (extra charge*), sofa, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave) shower room and a good sized garden where guests are welcome to relax. The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden. Cosy Cabin for 2, Beautiful Views, South Downs Way

“The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. This oak-framed garden room offers studio-style, open-plan living with a comfortable double bed, a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate private bathroom. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest.
