"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

The Lake House

Relax in a hammock or grill out on your private patio. Have a boat or jet skis? There's a boat dock right outside the back door. A public boat launch is just right down the road for your convenience. This is a great place for a family or several couples that just want to get away from the stress of everyday life.

Glamping with nature at this unforgettable escape. Blackberry Bungalow is a spacious destination RV that sleeps up to 7 with 2 queen beds, full sofa bed, & 1 cot-size bed. Enjoy a full kitchen with appliances, washer/dryer, dish washer, & luxury mattress in the main bedroom. Relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Outside, you’ll find a picnic table & firepit with grill. Guests also enjoy shared spaces like trails, dog park, playground, camp store, hot tub, & game room with pool and darts.

The Rafters

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.

This Wooded Retreat is a recently renovated ranch style home and provides comforts you will enjoy and modern conveniences to a small town will make your stay enjoyable. Located in the middle of Springhill 30 minutes from Minden, 45 minutes from Bossier City. This bird retreat is sure to capture your heart and quiet your mind.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.

Get away from it all in a quiet 2-story 1 bedroom, 1 bath tiny home built in a cattle pasture with no neighbors. Perfect for staying in the area for family/school reunions, weddings, or funerals when you need to visit but don't want to crash with family/friends. 20 minutes from Plain Dealing, 35 minutes to Benton, 45 minutes to Bossier, 30 minutes to I-20 (Dixie Inn), 60 minutes to Shreveport.

Camp house on the lake

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay with boat ramp access to beautiful Lake Claiborne. Large covered porch. Great for grilling and spending time with family. 3 car/boat covered parking. All amenities provided except food and drinks. Absolutely no smoking inside. Quiet time after 10pm is a must!
