An excellent studio, very clean, quite new in a new building. The kitchen is well equipped and the host provided complementary fruit, water, beer, coffee... Clean linen and a bunch of towels. The host waited for us in the street, although we were not able to provide the exact time of arrival, and led us to the place. He even provided an additional electric radiator, as I was afraid it might be cold (we were staying in January). Petar is very responsive and helpful. An excellent value for money, highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights at Sinisa’s place in Budva and it made our holiday! It’s been Newley refurbished, in a great location to the old town and the view from the living room, main bedroom and spacious balcony is absolutely incredible. Budva as a whole is one of the best places I’ve ever been to and I can’t wait to book the room again! Thanks again Sinisa

Mijo is an amazing host, really welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay at his place and would stay there again if we ever come back to Cetinje. The apartment is quite big for the price and really comfortable. Everything is clean, there is no dust. Location is easily walkable from the bus station and the city center. There is also a beautiful and well maintained garden on the property.

Flavia's place and Flavia herself are amazing. We rented in a building that is directly across from the water so we were treated to the sounds of waves whenever we opened the door or sat on balcony. The apartment is very new in a very new building and extremely clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable as is the sofa. Despite the listing, it's an actual 1 bedroom in US terms. The bedroom has a queen and twin bunkbeds. There is storage enough for a long stay. In the living room there is a comfortable full sofa and a trundle twin bed, also comfortable. There are the pull down shades which blacken the bedroom and the front room so it's very dark to better sleep. A heating/AC unit is in the living room and a fan in the bedroom, more than enough to keep the house cool in April, when we were there. The lift is excellent and easy to use. There are two small markets right near the apartment building and many restaurants to choose from. I 100% recommend this apartment!

Djuro’s apartment immediately felt like home! I am so happy with our experience. The balcony was lovely—had tea and breakfast out there every morning with the beautiful view. I was working remote and the WiFi was perfect throughout my stay. The kitchen was STOCKED with all essential cooking supplies. You have a spot for parking that’s super easy. There’s a little market directly across the street and a bigger one just 3 min walking down the road. Old town about 20 min walk away. Just be prepared for stairs, which is very common for Montenegro and Kotor. Djuro was super communicative and available throughout our stay, and we took him up on his great suggestions. He even had fruit for us on the kitchen table! The apartment was full of care and details that really made the place feel like home. Thank you for everything Djuro! If I’m ever in Kotor again, this is the first place I’ll check.

Die Wohnung ist hell und sauber. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man für Unterkunft benötigt. Ausreichende Schlafplätze für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder (2 und 6 J.a.). Auch ein Babybett ist vorhanden. Sehr gut ist das Vorhanden eines nicht öffentlichen Parkplatzes, sondern eines privaten mit Schranke. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Apotheke, Supermarkt etc.) Die Ruzanna ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

This air bnb I was my saviour after my first night is the worst I had ever had through Airbnb. I needed something for my remaining two nights and Nikola’s apartment was modern, clean, central and he was right there to help me when I needed it. He also helped to sort my bus ticket to my next destination when it needed printed. I am forever grateful. It is an amazing apartment, the best is huge and comfortable and I loved the shower! Definitely recommend!

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Milos was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make my first ever stay in Montenegro truly unforgettable. His warm welcome and kind nature set the tone for an amazing trip. He and his family generously shared their local knowledge, recommending incredible food places and scenic views that I would never have discovered on my own. His assistance in organizing a special wine tasting tour added an extra layer of excitement and sophistication to my experience. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan’s. He was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host, who responded to our inquiries in a timely manner. And he graciously picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station. The layout is spacious, with a great shower, and well-equipped kitchen for cooking. About a twenty minute walk to the fresh market and a bit less to the grocery store and promenade, but it was convenient being so close to a train stop that made day trips to other places easy. Sutamore beach was only a ten minute train ride away. And it was nice having fresh mandarins and pomegranates just outside our door. Good option if you have a car, too.

Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es viel zu genießen: Ein wunderschöner Swimmingpool sowie ein Spa-Bereich mit Sauna, Hamam und Jacuzzi laden zum Entspannen ein. Der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum rundet das Angebot ab. Aufgrund der steilen Topographie empfiehlt es sich, ein Fahrzeug zu mieten. Das freundliche Personal der Anlage steht bei allen Anliegen gerne zur Seite. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Easily found the place and the people behind this place are very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly like the pictures if not better. Very clean and very modern felt very boogie for the price. The view from both bedrooms was amazing. Price-wise youre getting your moneys worth no doubt about it. Overall would 100% suggest to couples and even 2 couples together, also I would and will visit again for sure no doubt.

Отличный вид из окна, хорошая сантехника ( только в нашем номере не работал полотенцесушитель). Кровати, подушки удобные. Расположение и вид из окна 10\10 Сам город нам не понравился, и если бы жили не у моря - было бы совсем грустно.

From the first moment our stay in apartment was just amazing. The apartment is large, clean, cozy and you can find literally everything you need and there is large terrace with a beautiful view. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes and there are shops around the apartment. Marjan is really the best and the warmest host we have met and he will help you in any matter, at any time. He also helped with getting to the airport, which was a great help for us. We are very grateful for everything, thank you very much for this wonderful holiday!

Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

Příjezd byl naplanovam kolem 10h večer, bohužel kvůli defektu jsme se zdrželi a nebyl problém ve 2 v noci nás ubytovat a vše ukázat. Krásné čisté a navíc jelikož jsme cestovali se psy byl k dispozici psí výběh. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

Отдыхали с ребёнком и друзьями. Домик небольшой, но очень уютный. Мы расположились в двух комнатах на втором этаже, друзья (Мама с ребёнком) жили на первом, в итоге трое взрослых и двое детей 6 и 11 лет разместились вполне комфортно. Есть кухня в доме и на улице, мы пользовались последней, вечерами можно сидеть за столом в окружении цветущих деревьев и пить вкусное и недорогое местное вино :) Море совсем близко, берёг скальный, но если пройти чуть дальше налево от улицы, на которой стоит дом, то можно найти небольшие пляжи с хорошим входом. Море невероятно чистое, детям брали маски и вечером смотрели на рыб, это полный восторг! Мы арендовали машину в аэропорту и объехали несколько мест, но море самое интересное оказалось именно здесь :) Есть небольшой гараж для машины, что очень удобно, поскольку припарковаться на узких улочках сложно. В 10 минутах езды супермаркет, пекарни, маленький магазин с продуктами и всякими мелочами в соседнем доме, есть несколько хороших кафе. С наличием машины местоположение оказалось очень удачным- мы доехали до Бара (нового и старого ), Ульцина, Котора и даже до Шкодера приграничного Албанского города.

Dragana is the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very kind, thoughtful and friendly and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is perfect with the property and your stay. The house is beautiful and the private pool is perfect. Each of the three bedrooms has it's own full bathroom with a shower. The house is cleaned and new towels are left for us each day, which is an amazing touch and rare with any airbnb. I normally like to change places when I visit a city again, but when I come back to Budva I will definitely be staying at Dragana's house because I know that everything will be taken care of and we will be able to relax and enjoy Montenegro with total comfort and peace of mind. I can't speak highly enough about her house and her hospitality. Huge thank you from all of us for a wonderful stay.
