We were 6 friends all girls, visited this place in Mar'25. Sanket was very well responsive and he attended to all our queries timely. The place is beautiful and the surroundings are very scenic. The highlight was the pool.. we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The caretaker Lokesh did an awesome job. We had a delicious breakfast to end our trip.. overall it was a big hit. Thank you for making our trip memorable !

The property looked exactly like in pictures and had a lot of amenities. It also had a volley ball court and a small gazebo with rain dance arrangements which was an absolute surprise and lots of fun. The staff were great and very helpful. Overall enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

its a 2 bedroom villa with 1 bedroom being on the ground floor and the second one (with jacuzzi) being on the 1st. the outdoor seating is beautiful and perfect for small celebrations or hangout with friends. there are 3-4 cats that are quite friendly and make your experience more fun. overall a good place near pune.

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay! The spacious rooms were perfect for relaxing, and the caretakers were incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was both joyful and safe, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy our time to the fullest. We felt so happy and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. Great place.

The place was fantastic and the caretaker did help all the guests staying at the property with all the requirements. The host has maintained the property very well and has also made sure that all the guests staying at his property feel at home. Whatever was requested was all presented on time and there were no unusual surprises for all the guests which was the best part of the entire stay. This is a property that I would recommend to all our knowns.

We all enjoyed our outing @ Bella Vista. The property has beautiful views of mountains & backwater of the Khadakwasala dam. The roads from Kudje onwards, including within the property are so good that , one can reach within one hour from central Pune. The area is full of greenery ( mostly teak) & very serene. The walk near the property leads to a temple & is really rejuvenating. The property is in a very good condition, has hugh 4 bedrooms with big size well equipped bathrooms, with balconies & a huge terrace. The caretaker couple cooks simple but delicious homely food, & the couple is always welcoming. We enjoyed thoroughly our stay . Its one of the rare gems. Some of our suggestions, these are not complaints, though. 1. The property direction signs are must, as it gets confusing. 2. The property entrance get can be a bit bigger. The owner family was very helpful , not only in deciding the menu, but was helpful when one of our friends, left his keys at Bella Vista. A 4.5 out of 5 surely.

We enjoyed the stay at this property. It has all the listed amenities and the staff is really polite and helpful. The pool is of a great size and one would enjoy all the different pockets of seating areas across the property!!

Our stay at this StayVista villa was amazing! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with ultra-luxury features that made our stay truly special. The caretakers were extremely polite and helpful. The private pool and massive jacuzzi were absolute highlight of our stay. The private bar and karaoke setup were good for our personal vacation time. The villa had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend to people looking for a place to relax, celebrate, or just enjoy time with your group in style.

Rubina is a fantastic host! We had such an incredible trip. Right from booking until check-out and beyond, she was communicative, friendly, and helpful! The property is absolutely lovely - super beautifully decorated and very well maintained with a lot of thoughtful additions - for example, if you go into the pool, the caretakers will give you additional pool towels without even asking. In the night, in the outdoor area, the caretakers turned on some really nice colourful lights for us too. The attention to detail, the food, the host - everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

This is a hidden gem. Great place for a family vacation with extended family. Lots of activities for kids. Great swimming pool. table tennis, jacuzzi, disco, billiards, air hockey. The food prepared by the Maharaj was delicious (all vegetarian). good safe neighborhood, easy to walk out to some local restaurants. Many more within a short driving distance. We made so many good memories within our short 2-day stay. I highly recommend this place.

Very Beautiful and Serene Nature Retreat in Pawna with lakeview. It's a beautiful escape from the city life. It was a great experience overall.

Great place. Great caretaker and great food. The property location is fabulous. Once you reach, you won’t want to come back while the memories are etched for a long time when you leave the place. The property is chic and the garden in front is spacious and loaded with Colours of different hue and shades of the flowers. The lake adjoining the property adds to the calmness of the ambience. The food prepared by the caretaker family is superb and sumptuous. We stayed for a day but wished we stayed more. Great place for a family get together or a couple looking for serenity from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world. Strong recommendation to go there for a different experience very different to an experience that you get from a resort. We wanted to cut off from general people and be there with the nature and this farm experience gave us exactly that. Thanks and wish to be back sooner than later with wider family.

The Villa was exactly like in the Photos. All Bedrooms were spacious enough. Living room had ample space for us to relax. We were greeted in typical gujju style with Chaas. The Maharaj made very delicious meals and we enjoyed a lot to name a few like Dal Dhokla, Pav bhaji was superb. The swimming pool was decent and clean. If you're looking for a Pure veg villa in Lonavala this place is highly recommended.

First of all the host was very responsive and helped out clear any doubts we had!! House was beautiful and comfortable, the caretakers were very helpful and friendly and the pool was clean and big. Had fun during the barbecue session. As described by the host, the road leading to the house is not in good condition but the house is really worth the effort. I do recommend to eat the home cooked meal prepared by the caretaker Usha tai!! The only nitpick is that there is network issue inside the house and the wifi was not working but other than that we had a very fun time during our stay. Most importantly our stay felt very safe. I do recommend checking out this villa!!

Fiesta Villa was a great stay with my family, we spent a wonderful time together especially my kids enjoyed alot. The Host Tapas was very responsive, loved the place, felt like home, would recommend my friends and family to visit the place.

The Property is mind blowing with all the amenities and the Host and the Care taker is very Responsive, they use to call and check is there any issue to find the place, Property has the swimming pool which is the main attraction, the Rooms was kept very clean, If anyone wants to visit Lonavla, then this place is highly recommended, will definitely book this Property if again we plan for Lonavla, Overall the stay was Awesome, Thank You For Hosting.

Big thanks to Imran (Host) always responsive, very understanding, and Umesh & Vaishali (Caretakers) for making our stay memorable at your villa! The place was super well kept, and every meal and BBQ was totally worth it. Definitely recommend it for a chilled, stress-free holiday.

The place is good and on a quite street. We reached at around 2:00 Pm as the main access road railway line crossing to the property was closed. The food was nice and we had overordered. The cook was responsive and food was tasty and delicious. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom in the room on the ground floor has a foul smell which maybe looked into. We opened the bathroom window as the exhaust though working was not able to do the job. Besides this , the pictures and the location matched. On the day of the visit , Sri Kapadia had informed through message that part of the lawn was being relayed. The property manager Mohsin however said that the entire grass area was out of bounds. The ladies in the group went to take few photographs near the pool and happened to step on the grass near the pool which had not been relayed, this led Sri Mohsin to ask for them to leave the place. It was a bad experience and sore note. No outdoors was possible as a result.

We had a great time for the second time in a well maintained, clean villa. Its quite easy to locate, food delivery works well and has all the shops, nearby. Food coked by the staff was delicious. I would love to visit again.
