At 6500 feet in the tall trees of Sequoia National Forest. Near Kern river(rafting, fishing), hot springs, Trail of the Giants. Alta Sierra is dense neighborhood of cabins with neighbors close by. TWO GUESTS ONLY, NO PARTIES, NO PETS! Only 1 bar cell svs-plus record player/TV/videos/books/games. Heavy snow possible!

Hello and welcome to Bluebird Cottage. We are located 1 mile up a dirt road in the Isabella Highlands overlooking Lake Isabella. Our road is bumpy in and steep in areas, but we have never had a guest not make it up here. We are approximately a 3 hour Drive to Sequoia National Park. We are a 2 hour drive from Death Valley National Park. We are a 4 hour drive from Yosemite. We are 3 hr drive from Los Angeles. Bluebird Cottage is a cozy tiny home with a private outdoor space. Incredible views!

Welcome to Hungry Gulch Camp!! A simple rustic 700 sq ft cabin secluded in the hills overlooking Lake Isabella. At night, the sky is lit with thousands of stars perfect for star gazing. Our place is located up an adventurous 1.5 mile dirt road that is steep and uneven in some areas. Some EV’s, lower vehicles and inexperienced drivers had issues before, be advised. We welcome all with good vibes and respect for the area. If nature and wildlife are a problem, this isn’t the spot for you.

Unplug and take it easy at this rustic, tranquil and one-of-kind creekside, garden mountain getaway in the Sequoia National Monument (south of National Park)—far enough away from cities but close enough to the Trail of 100 Giants and other local hiking trails. Perfect for one or two adults, or a small family. Pet friendly too!

Three Falls Ranch Guest Cabin dates back to the early 1920’s. Recently remodeled, the cabin boasts 2 bedroom 2 bath (has the option for a 5th roll away bed). Visitors have access to over 1/3 mile of Poso Creek including the waterfalls, 130 acres of ranch hiking, bird watching, wildflowers, creek exploring & guided visits with our animals (mini goats, chickens , mini donkeys). Located in a peaceful mountain neighborhood with forest trails right out the back door — just 20 minutes to Lake Isabella, Kern River rafting, and 7 miles from Alta Sierra ski resort. The Trail of 100 Giants and the Sequoia National park are scenic day trips away (1.5–3 hrs). Our family cabin is a two story gambrel in a quiet vacation neighborhood where your back yard opens to the Alta Sierra National state park.
