love the location and there’s also many convenience stores (7e and lawson) on our way back to home. the house is well equipped and comfortable to accommodate 2 person.

Great location especially arriving from Narita. Easy walk to Nippori station and Yamamote line which was the primary line we used thanks to this place. Plenty of space for our family of 6 with 4 kids ages 4-14. close to 7 eleven and Lawson.

This place was a perfect stay for me and my friends would recommend to anyone who wants to be around shinjuku without the the busy hustle of the city.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

Staying at Sozo was an absolute delight! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern convenience and traditional Japanese aesthetics. The location was fantastic—close to public transport (Komagome Station), making it easy to explore Tokyo’s vibrant neighborhoods. This place also near with Seven Eleven and Familymart so easy to get food. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful local recommendations. The amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. If you're looking for a peaceful place, Sozo is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for travelers who want a unique and comfortable experience in Komagome, Tokyo

Grand logement comparé à ce que l'on peut trouver à Tokyo, l'appartement est bien situé proche du métro. Très bien pour 2 personnes.

아이와 4인 가족 여행하기 너무 좋았어요. 엘레베이터 세탁기 드라이기 칫솔 일반 무인호텔이라 생각하시면 되요. 생긴지 얼마 안되서 쾌적했어요. 바로앞 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편했어요. 짐 보관 안되는건 어쩔수없는거라 그게 호텔에 비해 아쉬웠어요. 다시 오고 싶어요.

A small but cozy shared homestay! Hideco is very kind and is always there to help if you need anything. She also has great travel tips, so make sure to ask The room was quite small but had a table and some storage space in the closet for clothes and items. The beds were extremely comfy and the pillows are some of the best I’ve ever tried. Power bricks are provided for each bed. There was limited space in the refrigerator, but we had enough for our things. There is also a kitchen and a pop-out table to eat on. The balcony has a great view, and sometimes you can also see Mount Fuji in the distance! Clothes washing can be arranged for up to 600 yen per load. Or you can wash it yourself for 300. Make sure to ask Hideco where to find the towels. Kami itself is a lovely town with quite a few shops and cafes to explore, as well as some really beautiful parks nearby. Make sure to explore!

역에서 가깝고, 주변에 맛집 거리가 있어서 좋았습니다. 밤에도 거리가 시끄럽지 않았고, 방음이 잘돼요! 무엇보다 항상 건물을 청결하게 유지하시는 것 같았고, 문의사항이 생겼을 때 너무너무 친절하셨습니다.🙂

The place is a great place to land especially when in Tokyo. It’s also in a very quiet neighborhood so it’s really easy to get sleep. Place is very large, especially for Tokyo and has a really nice vibe.

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll. Die Lage war perfekt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber Ikebukuro ist sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die anderen Teile von Tokio sind von der Station Ikebukuro schnell und einfach erreichbar. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es mehrere 7/11 und Family Marts. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Masaru is a great. We had a little issue with the electricity on the night we checked, I contacted him and was fixed in no time. Apart from that, everything is as good as it gets. Our family had a great time in Tokyo, and hope to return soon. Thank you Masaru.
