渋谷駅新南口から徒歩2〜3分ほどの便利な場所にありながらとても静かな環境です。少し奥まったところにあり秘密基地のようです。恵比寿、代官山へも歩いて行けます。私は数年前にこの近所に住んでいましたが、毎日飽きることのない素晴らしい立地です。 建物は築50年近く古いですが、水回りはリフォームしてあります。この建物は数年後に再開発により、建て直しの予定です。今だけのリスティングですので、是非ご利用ください。 TVはFire Tv stick がささっています。日本の地上波は見れません。 適正人数は4人です。5人目からはチャージがかかります。 現在、近隣で建設工事が行われています。日曜日、夜間は作業をしませんが、ご迷惑をおかけする可能性がございます。ご了承の程よろしくお願い致します。
