Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes a 20' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/swim platform and attached bench from early May through late October (weather permitting). Plus a backyard vernal pond that's completely surrounded by woodlands and provides extreme privacy.
