This is a newly converted annexe with all modern fittings within a secure private drive on the edge of the stunning village Butleigh, 5 mins Millfield School and walking distance to centre of village, church, PO shop and cricket grounds. Close to Glastonbury and Street with fantastic walks and cycling in the area. It is open planned but Perfect for families as can sleep up to 3 children. Well behaved dogs considered max of 2 (pls check before booking your dogs will mix with ours!)

We are also only a short walk from, Bournemouth University Campus, Westland Entertainment Centre and Abbey Manor Business Park, most of which can be reached via footpaths. A five minute drive will take you to the historic village of Montecute, leading onto the Chinnocks, Chiselborough and Norton Sub Hamdon, all of which are ideal for walking, cycling or simply a pub lunch.

My house is a beautifully kept period cottage in a quiet street at the heart of Sherborne just a stone's throw from shops, pubs, restaurants and transport. The house has a garden at the back with table and chairs so you can enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine and sit in the peace and quiet listening to the birds singing! The house is light and airy and been newly decorated. All visitors will be provided with breakfast, teas, coffee, milk etc and a welcome book with all info you need.

The lounge, kitchen and diner are well equipped with everything you might need. There are 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a kingsize bed. There is one bathroom with a walk in shower, there is no bath. We are within walking distance of all the Sherborne schools, the two castles and the railway station and bus stops.

Nestled at the foot of historic Cadbury Castle in beautiful South Cadbury, our home is perfectly situated for anyone looking to escape the rat-race and recharge their batteries. Great local walks and fabulous local pubs within walking distance. A fabulous place to break a journey if you're travelling from London to Cornwall as we are pretty much half way. However, be warned, those that have done this so far, always wish they were staying for longer, and sometimes they do!

The grounds to Dyke Head are surrounded by woodland and apple orchards and there are many walks from the house. We are an hour by car to the Jurassic Coast.
