There is a snug with large tv and a selection of games and books. French doors lead to a fabulous outdoor seating area

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. There are 2 village pubs, a cafe and grocery shop all just a 15 minute walk away.
