Supermarket and cafes are a 5 minute stroll. Thermal hot pools are 5 minutes away. Pets are welcome.

Close by is Muriwai Beach with its gannet colony and surfing, also the magnificent Kaipara Harbour, Woodhill and Riverhead forests. Ideally situated for those travelling via the scenic Kaipara Coast and 40-60 min to AKL airport.

Ian and I welcome you to a wee taste of country life and country noise, less than an hours drive from Auckland City. The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock, or grunt from the roar (April/May). It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.
