Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Birch Cottage: midtown charm & driveway parking

Peaceful guest house with central heat and air, close to everything and no cleaning list! Enjoy driveway parking and complimentary snacks in our comfortable space full of vintage furniture and books. Our historic neighborhood is located blocks from the highway, 7 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from midtown's best restaurants and shops, & 12 minutes from Graceland and the airport. Bluff City Manor A (2bd 1ba, pet-friendly w/fee)

The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, & a futon in the living room. Nicely updated & offers all the amenities of home. Please make sure to register the correct number of guests & register your pet if your bringing it with, there IS A PET FEE. No fenced yard. House is 10-20 minutes to everything, including the Naval Base, Downtown & Wolfchase area. There is a Ring Doorbell at the front door for safety purposes. The entire house is cleaned thoroughly after each guest.

Harbert House is situated within walking distance to shops and food in Cooper Young + Overton Square, 2 miles from the Memphis Zoo and Overton park, & 3 miles from downtown. Harbert House was built in 1912 and has historic charm.
