Seven years of positive Airbnb hosting experiences encouraged us to create a new space in downtown Gorham. Walk to restaurants, a brewery, antique shops and an art gallery, or access White Mountain hiking trails or Coos mountain bike trails. This beautifully curated, spacious upstairs apartment combines modern and vintage in both art and furnishings. Our quaint town, 8 miles north of Mt. Washington, is a prime location for everything outdoors: year round HIKING, (1.7 miles to AT) & BIKING trails, 100s of groomed ATV/snowmobile trails, swim, fish, canoe, kayak and tube the pristine rivers, waterfalls & emerald pools and SKI THE SKI RESORTS within 10-30 miles. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

Androscoggin Annex is a 2/3 bedroom 2 bath home conveniently located in the Berlin Mills/Heritage Park area with a view of the beautiful Androscoggin River and Mahoosuc Mountains of Maine. The home can accommodate 8 guests. There is ample parking for your trucks and trailers. Ride to Jericho Park and points north from the driveway. Within 1 hour to Sunday River, Cannon, Loon, and 25 minutes to Wildcat. Great location for a hikers basecamp. We are a short drive to numerous hiking trails.
