Parsons Barn is over 300 years old and stands at the entrance to the village of Hartington in the beautiful White peak in the Peak District National Park . The cottage has a private and safe south facing fully enclosed garden with BBQ and outdoor garden furniture. Hartington itself is a popular pretty village boasting some 3 pubs 3 cafes, post office , Deli Stores and News agents and of course our very own famous Cheese shop not to missed Walking and cycling can be done from the front door

The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. The Coach House has been refurbished , with designer furniture, wall paper, hand painted murals on the walls, marble shower room, hypnos beds and an American fridge freezer. The accommodation is all located on the first floor, with 2 en-suite kingsize bedrooms and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area, where you will find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You will also find tucked away at the back of the property a balcony area complete with hot tub perfect for star gazing!

Hut in the Hills Peak District, Unique & Tranquil

A perfect tucked away escape located in the stunning Peak District. A traditional Shepherd's Hut set on the edge of a large open field with rolling views of the countryside. A very secluded spot, pure escapism! Quirky & unique perfect to unwind away from the bustle of daily life. The hut sleeps two in a double bed. All bedding and towels are provided. In order to not make the Shepherd's Hut too cramped we have a separate utilities hut just a few feet away.
