We really enjoyed our stay! The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog, and the house was super clean and comfortable. The location was great — close to everything. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches like having coffee and a well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing and so well decorated, we all felt at home right away. It had everything we needed and more. If we are ever in the area again we will definately stay here if it's available. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!!

The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals including cooking utensils. I was very happy to have a Keurig coffee maker. The neighborhood was quite and the house was in a great location. The hosts were very responsive as well. It was a great stay!

This was our second stay at Emilee's house. It is spacious and comfortable. Wonderful fenced-in yard for our dog to play off-leash after a long day in the car. Would definitely stay here again if we stop in Blue Springs.

Plenty of room to spread out. Great location close to interstate and restaurants. Host communicated that the home was ready for check in early which we appreciated. Also appreciated the check out process which did not have a huge list of things that needed to be done.

EXCELLENT! We loved staying at Regi's place. Regi is a clear and responsive communicator, providing personalized recommendations for our stay and giving clear instructions to make check-in smooth. Our dogs LOVED the huge backyard! It was the perfect place to stay during a long road trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great eclectic decor, which I love. It is just one open basement space, beds on opposite ends. One bed has a curtain on one side you can use. With that said, though it worked well for our needs. It's right in downtown. You can walk to some cute shops and great restaurants. Highly recommend Ginger Sue's. It was truly amazing! Everything in the place was stocked really well. They did a good job making it colorful for the basement space. You do hear some foot traffic above you. It really wasn't an issue, but one evening it was pretty loud and consistent and it was around 10:00 PM. It probably wouldn't bother most people, I know I'm just sensitive to that noise. It really is well worth the stay. Great price and really friendly, helpful hosts!

Very clean. Chris was very responsive and nice. Had everything we needed. Building is under construction so a little noisy during the day. Very nice and helpful people that work in the building. We used the streetcar to get around and once we figured it out it worked great.

Great Stay, Great Location… No complaints at all. If I had any complaints, it would be that the bed is overly soft; but that’s someone’s preference. I would definitely book with Savannah again when I’m in KC, if available.

This was my second stay with Jaymi and I'm sure I'll be back when visiting KC. The space is comfortable, clean, and bright. It really feels like staying in your own shabby-chic apartment and the location is perfect for getting to lots of KC destinations. Add in blooming lilacs in the spring and front-porch cats to pet and it was the perfect place to stay for our concert at the Uptown.

Very clean, and a great location. It was great having the host's restaurant right next door, which has fabulous food for breakfast as well as dinner. plus they deliver.

This place was exactly as described and a great stay for me. There is a coffee shop just a short walk away and it's in a very nice neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

The property is beautiful, and the interior is thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. It was clean and welcoming, and the host was incredibly kind and accommodating.The location was perfect for our trip to KC. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

Had a great stay at Sage’s place. I was in KC for a clinical rotation at a local hospital, so I needed a comfortable and safe place to stay on a student budget. Sage’s place fit the bill and then some. It was immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable, and Sage went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay including a desk with printer and super-fast wifi so I could do homework. Absolutely would stay again.

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd time to stay at Jeffery and Kim’s AirBnB. It was Very comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood. It’s a convenient place to stay if your activities are near Lees Summit.

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

The location is perfect for most anything in the Overland Park & Kansas City area with nearby access to the major routes for the area. I would stay here again just for the excellent location! The exterior of surrounding buildings are definitely showing their age & could use some help, but the inside of this unit has been updated and is obviously maintained. It didn't matter to us, but I wasn't clearly understanding from the listing that there is a coded door to enter on ground level and then a flight of stairs up to the apartment. At the top of those stairs are two doors-one to this unit and one to a neighboring unit. As another guest mentioned, the neighbors have personal belongings outside of their door. Additionally, there is another flight of stairs inside the apartment to get to the master bed/bath. We enjoyed our stay and found the unit well-furnished and with tasteful decor. The guest contact responded timely to questions.
