Très bel appartement au bord du lagon qui est accessible depuis le balcon. Nous pouvons y nager, profondeur maximum environ 1m40 en moyenne. Le logement est bien situé dans une belle résidence. PS : pas mal de moustiques, c’était pas évident avec un bébé Merci à Geofrey pour son accueil et professionnalisme

It was a fantastic stay at the 41st floor , overlooking the bay and the beech. The beauty of this view changes throughout the day , we just sat at the balcony and watched day turn into nights , and how beautiful it looked. Very clean, very friendly hosts. Azmal came round to help us out twice . I didn't like that we had to pay extra for extra linen, but that's their policy. Also no sofa bed at this place, so we had to make do. Overall, a wonderful stayover , and I cannot recommend this high enough.

Irina's place is located right at the marina. Private parking spot is a plus. The swimming pool is big. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Irina is very responsive. I would recommend the place to anyone. I stayed with my two children and we had a great time.

Rohit is such a nice and warm welcoming person. He made sure I know the key people in the apartment and walked me through the whole house to the details and made me feel like I was at home. since I travel for race events, I find this place very close and easier to commute to the race track. Now we have become friends than just Host and Guest. I would highly recommend Rohit's place for anyone who travels on a budget. Remember, you'd have a friend for a life. Thanks a lot Rohit!!

Parfait pour se balader et profiter en famille comme entre adultes L’appartement est propre et identique aux photos, l’espace est agréable et les lits sont très confortables ! L’hôte a été réactif et de bon conseils et nous a bien dirigé tout le long du séjour ! Nous avons pleinement profité et reviendrons dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour à Dubai !

A great place to stay in a peaceful area. Good local amenities and places to walk, private beach. Only minor issue is the noise from the nearby construction sites.

Our stay at Sili & Frank’s apartment has definitely exceeded our expectations! From the smoothness of check-in, to the view from our balcony, to the infinity pool on the 64th floor, to the comfort of the bed, to the many amenities offered by this property! We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.
