The Hideaway on the Bay is a waterfront A frame where you can disconnect from the things that can wait so you can connect with the people who matter most. A place where kids fall in love with nature, and where old friends make new memories. The house is a 2 bed 1 bath 1974 flat top A Frame that sits on two acres on the outskirts of Lusby, MD—and a low traffic hour(ish) drive from the DMV. The Hideaway at Mill Creek

We welcome 6 persons, however 4 adults max. Here you will find nestled in the woods atop a beautiful hill overlooking Mill Creek, a short distance from the Chesapeake Bay, an architect's home. With beautiful sunrises and sunsets, this hideaway gives you an escape from everyday life. Relax on the patio with a book, out on the water kayaking, fishing or crabbing off the dock or sitting watching the wildlife. You will never forget the views or the sight of the sailboats in for a rest from the bay.

Perched on a bluff high above the James River this charming rehabbed cottage is an idyllic escape from everyday life. This spot is for travelers who seek a step back in time to a simpler life. You’ll be surrounded by woods, water and a growing flower farm. The set up is unique in that the cottage itself holds living and sleeping space while your own designated bathroom and outdoor hot water shower are a short walk across the yard to a tool shed turned luxury bath and shower under the open sky.

(Winter: Stargazer has a diesel heater and a woodstove but is not insulated. The cabin can be kept quite warm into the low 30's if these heaters are running. Below freezing may freeze pipes, message for info) Rustic off grid tiny cabin tucked in the trees on the back side of a large field.
