This is a beautiful home. It’s pet friendly which is a huge plus. On a nice quiet street but within minutes of historic downtown San Luis Obispo We loved this home and location and would definitely stay again. Cindy is a fantastic host

We were in town for a family wedding and we stayed at the Ranchette for 4 days. My husband and I traveled with our 3 daughters (15, 10 & 6 months old) and everyone was very comfortable. The older girls loved having their own room and space and there was plenty of room for our pack n play (owners have one in the closest). We were able to cook & grill a few meals-lots of spices in the kitchen. We enjoyed watching the sunsets on the swing, having wine on the patio, and the fire pit at night! The view is beautiful and the area is super quiet and peaceful. You feel like you're far from town but everything you need is about 15 minutes away. We visited a few close wineries and hope to return to see more! We also drove to Morro Bay for a fun afternoon of kayaks, fish & chips and very chilly weather. Having a washer and dryer with a baby was a huge help! This was a perfect place to stay for our family and we would highly recommend the Ranchette for families or couples traveling to Paso.

Our family from Massachusetts, Northern CA, Central CA and Arroyo Grande were able to have an awesome family reunion, enjoy Easter and 3 birthdays at your beautiful home. Perfect size, very clean, plenty of room, fun game room, kids toys, relaxing outside patios and cozy spa. Very welcoming environment. We will be back. Thank you so much!

From the moment we arrived—actually, based on Lisa's responsiveness, even before we arrived—everything was amazing! We got their late and tired, and the house was in perfect shape and ready for our arrival. The pool was heated, per our request, and the kids were able to take a quick late-night swim after a long car ride. Our dogs were in heaven with the big, and completely enclosed, backyard. Perfect! The house was a peaceful retreat after our day trips. It is a short distance to San Luis Obispo and Pismo Beach, both are fun little towns with great beaches, restaurants, and shops. And then we were back to the peace and quiet, and wonderful pool and amenities of Lisa's house. The kitchen had all of the cooking equipment we needed, and more. Everything was in great shape! The beds were comfortable, and linens were so soft and cozy. The decor was beautiful. A wonderful touch was the container of smores fixings. Kids loved it!!! Thanks for a great stay! Hope to be back. Excellent place for our extended family. The main room is big enough for everyone to hang out together comfortably, plus there is an enclosed sunporch where you can take business calls. I was a little concerned beforehand about one jack-and-jill bathroom for two bedrooms/eight people, but with all the other bathrooms in the house it worked out fine. The young kids loved the farm animals on site. The owner Laurie responded quickly to all questions.

Very cute bright sunny room with private entrance and a great outdoor deck and garden. Roni is a very attentive host and was quick to reply to all our communications. Also gave some great recommendations of fun things to do in the area. Close to fun restaurants and cafe, Elfin Forest, Sweet Springs & Montana De Oro. Great place to cozy up after a fun day of adventures in this gorgeous area. I’ll be using it regularly on my visits. Thank you for hosting me Roni

The place was great! The photos and description of the place were accurate. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t too great during our stay so we were unable to utilize the rooftop the way we would have liked to but the hot tub was very nice and there were pretty distant ocean views when the weather cleared up. The spacious open living space inside is what saved us being able to cook and socialize comfortably. I appreciated the sliding open doors to the outdoor BBQ/table area making the space feel even bigger. The immediate surroundings are not very scenic but the place is very close to everything and it’s in a quiet area. They have a surround sound Sonos system to connect to which we had some difficulty with so I recommend bringing your own speaker just in case. I appreciated the supply of beach towels & chairs, the ease of check in and communication with the host and the supply of qtips, cotton pads and black makeup towel for us ladies. Would def recommend especially with great weather!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ted's place. The co-hosts were responsive and so kind. We felt right at home and absolutely loved the view. Upon arriving, you'll see the beautiful flower arch and the fruit trees! The yard is maintained nicely and the patio was our favorite part. Even the way the door opens out to the patio was thoughtful. The home is just as lovely on the inside as it is outside. The home is furnished with just about all you need and is spotless. We loved the reminder to "love your neighbor" found all over the home and were pleasantly surprised to see Pilgrim's Progress in the little library! We will absolutely be back and look forward to making Ted's place a regular stop!!
