Enjoy high speed internet, smart TVs in every room, and walkable access to Corinth Community Park. The lake is just 2 miles away, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to outdoor activities.

This 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood with manicured landscaping, fenced yard, outdoor grill, and sitting area with fire pit. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and place settings for 8 or more as well as pots and pans for cooking. Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

This tranquil, east-facing home lets you wake up to stunning sunrises and peaceful lake views just feet from the door. Perfect for fishing and boating, it offers a public boat ramp only 2 minutes away. Enjoy a quiet escape while staying close to Denton and it's local restaurants, while Fort Worth, Dallas, and FIFA world cup locations are an easy drive away. The open floor plan includes two upstairs bedrooms, a queen leather sleeper couch downstairs, canoes for guest use, and ample parking.

Trailer Swift

A recently updated Avion trailer with a great patio and lake access. Located on a dirt road outside the city limits but only a 10 minute drive from downtown Denton and the Square. Use of two kayaks, a grill, and a full indoor kitchen setup. Sleeps 3 people(2 twin beds and one folding couch). It is a camper, so space inside is limited, though the patio is large and gated. If you are looking for a funky/cute spot with lots of character as well as love put into it, we'd love to host you!

Splashy Studio on Dalton

Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish studio. Located off of Interstate 35, this is a prime location for taking a quick trip down to Dallas or to the UNT college campus. Our guests will enjoy a private unit with a walk in shower, full size appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and complete blackout shades for those that work nights or like to sleep during the day. This space would be ideal for parents visiting their children at UNT or traveling healthcare professionals.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!
