Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

Situated 1 mile from the famous Bempton cliffs RSPB reserve and 3-5 miles from the some of the beautiful beaches on the Yorkshire coast. 3 miles from Bridlington and 8 miles from Filey both accessible by train from Bempton station. The post office & small general store is next door & the White Horse pub a minutes walk away.

Welcome to our home from home located on the magnificent coast between Sewerby and Danes Dyke. Bridlington Links estate consists of an 18 hole golf course , driving range, clubhouse serving food and drinks and gymnasium. Our lodge has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,open plan kitchen/dining and living space and comes with WI-FI , 2 smart TVs with Netflix preloaded and a Google home. There is a bar area to sit and relax and a secluded sun trap to catch some rays. Just a 15 minute walk to the beach and town. Lovely coastal walks close by in Sewerby and Danes Dyke. Also Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve to see the amazing birds that gather there.

The cottage has been furnished and decorated to a high standard, with an enclosed garden, large patio area and secure garage, which is available on request to store bikes, golfing equipment and fishing tackle.
