Lovely 1 night stay before a trip to Flamingoland with the family. Great value for money and lovely location. Very homely and cosy and clever use of space.

Such a lovely place. The hosts thought of all the extra little details and communication was great. Welcome drink, bread, eggs and milk were a very nice extra touch. It’s actually even nicer than it looks in the pictures. Walkable pub/restaurant so no cooking was required but a well equipped kitchen if you do want to cook. A tablet that explained how everything operated as well as things to do in the local area. A quiet and relaxing place that I would definitely return to.

Loved it here, a real home from home for us and perfect for exploring both York and further north. We loved the fact it was homely and rural, and the hot tub was a real treat. The only tiny downside was the oven is old and took a while to cook on, but we ate out too so not a massive problem. Just what we were after, thank you!

Me and my group of 4 stayed in Jenson Cottage & we absolutely loved every second! We decided to go here for a late birthday weekend away & York town was about a twenty minute taxi away where we spent Friday evening. The host’s were amazing - we had a minor problem with working the barbecue on our second day as it was our first time and the host came to help us straight away, we also got lost as it’s no where near our local area and the host was able to direct us straight to the location. we have made incredible memories and this lodge is fantastic value and somewhere that we will definitely be coming back.

3 Railway Cottage is a fantastic base to explore the amazing beauty of North Yorkshire. The cottage is located a 20 minute walk from the centre of Pickering but is in a really quiet and private location. The only exception of course is the opportunity to wave at the heritage railway trains that pass at the back of the cottage a few times a day which is really amazing, especially if you wave from the comfort of the hot tub! I can’t recommend this location highly enough, it is a really comfortable and well equipped cottage in a fantastic location - what more could you ask for?

My wife and I visited for the weekend, Gemma was on hand from the moment of booking to leaving, the cottage is beautiful and situated in a small village so very peaceful, Gemma and Andrew have gone above and beyond to make the cottage homely, very modern but also keeping the charm of the 17th century, every item of furnishings fits in beautifully and the extras in the kitchen and bathroom are a lovely, welcome touch, you feel far away from anywhere when either in the hot tub or sitting in the garden, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending a stay here.

The cottage was lovely. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious and warm. The real selling point for us though were all of the activities available on site. More than we got value from to be honest and a future stay would be longer. Perfect escape opportunity for a group of families as you have your own space but also plenty of communal areas and lovely grounds. Also not far to Malton. Pretty town and well served by independent shops/cafes as well as supermarkets.

We had a wonderful stay in Robin Hoods Bay. Jane was so helpful and always answered questions very quickly. The cottage was fabulous, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was easy to find and the key was easily accessible following the instructions. It was a great location, just a couple of minutes from the bay. The carpark was very handy, it saved the walk up and down the steep hill! 👍

Another fantastic stay. Really love this place, so handy for great walks, fishing with great shops on your doorstep like the local butchers, bakery, chippys and pet shop. You have to try the cafe, copperfields…it’s amazing!

Kayleigh and Sue were super friendly and made us feel very welcome and at home. This cottage is great for a family get together like ours. We had a family wedding in York and drove in on Saturday but on Sunday we used the park and ride which was perfect. Did some sightseeing in the area and had the cottage to relax at in the evening. It was peaceful and beautiful. Just perfect and highly recommended. Thank you Sue and Kayleigh

A perfectly equipped cosy cottage for a North Yorkshire stay. Very peaceful, very comfortable and a great private garden too. Lovely towns all around and the awesome Dalby Forest just up the road - perfect for walking & cycling.

Lovely cosy cottage with a great open fire which is quite rare to find nowadays in a great location (very near the local shop and the Laurel Inn. Emma was a very responsive host and was very proactive when there was a slight issue with the main water.

We had such a lovely time staying in this beautiful Airbnb in Robin Hood’s Bay. The location was perfect - picturesque, and just a short walk to everything we needed. Mark and Aaron’s home is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a real home from home. Communication was excellent throughout, and we felt truly looked after. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, actually we will return - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Thank you for hosting us. We stayed Swallows nest for a night whilst visiting the coast. Very clean and had all the amenities you’d need. Beautiful surroundings and what a view from the patio. Great location for visiting Scarborough

We really enjoyed our stay in Wishing Well Cottage. It’s a comfortable and spacious ‘home from home’ in a lovely location. Close to the amenities of Flamborough with stunning clifftop walks nearby. RSPB Bempton Cliffs is not to be missed and there are numerous places to eat nearby. Great communication with hosts. Highly recommended.

Absolutely spot on — hands down the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in to date. Everything was spotless, well thought out, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was sound, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process simple from start to finish. Ideal setup for a group of lads — loads of space, proper comfy beds, and a top location. Can’t fault it. Will 100% be booking again.

Emma’s countryside home in Menethorpe, Marlon is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. The location is truly picturesque, with a peaceful stream nearby and horses, sheep, and cows grazing in the surrounding fields. It’s the perfect base to explore the area — York is just a short drive away, and the lovely village of Malton is only 5 minutes down the road, offering great restaurants, shops, and pubs. The house itself is cozy, super safe, and very well furnished, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable family vacation. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Emma was a fantastic host and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re visiting this part of the country, this is a must-stay. Thank you, Emma — we’re already looking forward to returning!

Wow. What an absolutely STUNNING property. We took our two children (7 and 3 years old) and my goodness it didn’t disappoint. There was a full bookshelf full of films, toys, books, games, a full toy chest, outdoor activities, basically everything you could ever want. We have never felt so relaxed on a break with the kids! 😅 Claire was amazing and greeted us, she gave us recommendations on where to go and was on hand for anything. We will 10000% be back, thank you so much for a beautiful experience, you are incredibly lucky to live in such a gorgeous area 🩷

Our family had a amazing stay here with our dog! The location was perfect and the beach was just a short walk away. The restaurant and bar are across the road where the food was lovely and the house itself was perfect!! Exactly as shown in the pictures.
