Come stay in this three story townhome and enjoy the entire place during your stay in Fort Collins. This place has three bedrooms, 2 on the second floor each with a private bath and king bed. The third floor has queen bed and bath and also has access to the patio with outdoor fireplace and seating! Enjoy the colorado evenings sitting out on the 3rd floor patio! I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

Welcome to Loveland, a community nestled in the foothills and a gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our downstairs suite is 600 sq. ft. in our private home. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a large, private full bath. The Living Room features a fireplace, two lounge chairs, sitting chairs,TV, table, and an additional queen size bed. The suite includes a mini kitchen for cooking simple meals and snacks. WE LIVE ON THE MAIN LEVEL and will be available if needed.
