I live in a small house in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles west of I 25. Shopping and restaurants are close by and a super Walmart is within a 2-3 minute walk. Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful 30 miles to the west. The Ranch, otherwise known as the Budweiser Event Center, is about 5 miles away. Denver, Boulder, and Cheyenne are all within an hour’s drive. Loveland is known as an artistic community and sculptures abound.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie.
