Marina’s home is just a gem! Right at the city center but in such a quiet place as it has a private courtyard. We felt like home in her apartment, we had everything we needed at our disposal and more. She is always ready to help you if you need anything. Really perfect location. Highly recommended! I will definitely refer her to friends who want to go to Yerevan and will try to get it next time I come to Armenia.

Our stay here was truly lovely. We spent most of our time in the apartment during the evenings, and it always felt warm and cozy — like a little home away from home. What made it even better was our amazing host. She was so kind, thoughtful, and always there for us — even when we had the most random or silly questions, she responded with patience and a smile. The only small thing was the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low, so we had to stay a bit longer. But honestly, it didn’t take away from the comfort and good energy of the place. We’re really grateful — and if we ever come back, we’d love to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

I was happy to stay at Amalya’s apartment! Everything was great. The location isn’t in the city center, but it’s very quiet and surrounded by many food stores. It takes just 15–20 minutes to get downtown by taxi. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed and more - spotlessly clean, beautiful lighting, air conditioning, heated floors, and all the necessary appliances. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a supermarket and pharmacy right in the building. There’s also a 24/7 concierge, which made me feel super safe - 10/10! One of the best stays I’ve had in Yerevan. I’ll definitely be coming back!

You cannot go wrong with staying here. Very good place with everything you need to stay comfortably in Yerevan and you cannot ask for a better location. Artavazd provided it with everything we needed as well

Vorrei segnalare che il giardino e la piscina, anche se non ho avuto modo di utilizzarli perché disponibili solo stagionalmente, non sono privati ma fanno parte di un contesto condominiale. Tuttavia, restano comunque sempre accessibili e utilizzabili senza restrizioni dagli ospiti. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, le stanze sono spaziose e i bagni completi, anche se segnalo per gli ospiti italiani che solo uno dei bagni è dotato di bidet. L’unico piccolo limite è che il Wi-Fi non prende bene nelle stanze. Complessivamente è stata un’ottima esperienza: Ara si è dimostrato un host eccezionalmente disponibile. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento a tutti e sicuramente tornerò!

No place is perfect, but this one is pretty close. A great combination of esthetically pleasing laconic interior and cozy home-like atmosphere. Appliances are abundant and working. A decent set of kitchenware is there too. Checking-in and checking-out are both easy and trouble-free. The host is welcoming and polite. Thank you, Arpi!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

The location is perfect—it's close to a shopping center, several great restaurants, and a grocery store, making everything I needed easily accessible. The apartment was spotless, and the bathroom was especially nice, featuring all the comforts I could ask for. We stayed at Sona's apartment over New Year and had a lovely time! It's clean, fresh, comfortable and definitely has everything for a pleasurable stay. The check in experience was smooth, thanks to Sona's sister. Inside the apartment is fully furnished, it even has an oven, which is rare for Airbnbs, the kitchen has all the tools we needed, as well as the appliances. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and enough blankets, towels and spre sheets. The balcony is definitely a lovely addition, because of winter we couldn't stay out for too long but it was great to go out and look at the city. The location is central, close to two main streets and sights, different supermarkets around (we especially recommend Yerevan City, it's huge and has all the souvenirs). The flat is close to a bus stop, which was convenient to move around the city. We had a great stay and would definitely like to return again!

A great little apartment literally right on Nalbandyan and overlooking the street - easy to follow check in instructions - there is never a dull moment in the apartment and when you sit on the balcony you can see all the hub bub people passing by cars beeping police officers calling out in muffled voices over their megaphones lol quite entertaining actually! Clean small bathroom with a great shower with good hot water, full equiped kitchen easy to use washing machine, good sized fridge. Bed is very comfy and i was soooooooo grateful to have cotton sheets!!! (Thank you Sona this was very much appreciated) dont forget to bring earplugs as its on the main street, i read ahead and brought mine so make sure you dont forget these i also wore eyemask as curtain is sheer but i was comfy and the cars didnt annoy me, the metro passes under the apartment so you will feel the rumble every now and again. In a secure residential building easy stairs up and not noisy - thank you!

Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

Мы замечательно провели время в квартире Кристины. Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям, очень светлая и уютная. Отличная терраса, с которой можно смотреть на город. Довольно шумно, если открыть двери на террасу. В спальне шум не мешает, там тихо. Огромный телевизор для просмотра фильмов. В доме есть небольшой магазин с продуктами и овощная/фруктовая лавка. Рядом кафе-столовая с хорошей едой и выпечкой.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!
