Fabulous stay. We loved the house (which was accurately described). It was perfect for me and my family. We loved making breakfast and dinner in the huge kitchen. Would love to stay again when in the area.

Excellent property, very clean and Dan was always at the end of the phone for anything we required, including recommendations for the family trip. Highly recommended.

Great last minute break away. In a great spot easy to walk into town and the lake. The living space is beautiful and plenty of room for all of us. Overall a lovely home to stay in

What a lovely house! Stayed here with some friends for the weekend and had such a lovely time. Super comfortable beds and lovely little living room and garden to hang out in. It was so great to stay in an Airbnb and the essentials there for you like milk, butter, even crumpets which was ace! Had a great weekend here and would deffo stay again.

Our stay was really perfect and exact what we needed, the room, cleanliness, layout, enclosed garden, everything with our accommodation was amazing and looked exactly as advertised if not nicer. The bar and restaurant was great for us, we had drinks on numerous occasions and snacks and last night we ordered a takeout which is a good idea and made it so we could make the most of the cabin. We went on walks and the grounds were great, we seen the pool also which looked like a great asset for the summer, the animals we seen were also beautiful. It feels like we have found a gem, we often go Center Parcs and it reminded us of that on a much smaller scale. Would definitely go again.

Denise was extremely helpful and approachable. She took the time to send a few messages to ensure we were clear on check in. Denise welcomed us and showed us to the lodge. The lodge was super clean, well equipped and Denise even supplied the basic condiments, tea, coffee, juice, milk with some welcome biscuits thrown in! The lodge was also dog friendly. The kids loved their bed room and we were all very comfortable. We had a great stay and the lodge more than met our needs. We plan to return.

Lovely stay, shepherds hut was well equipped and had all you needed and was nice and cosy inside… outdoor space was also great and we loved the hot tub and bbq facilities which were provided. Gillan was a great host and showed us around, but privacy was not invaded which we liked. Would definitely recommend a stay here

A really lovely cabin with everything you need for enjoying a few days in the Lakes. We loved the location, very close to Ambleside and not far from Grasmere and Windermere for shops. Loads of nice trails available as soon as you leave the estate. We stayed with two kids and it was perfect, would love to visit again!

Absolutely stunning cottage and great pool and jacuzzi! A stunning peaceful location with great local pub and amazing walks and things to do (but you may need to travel a bit like we did to see the fantastic surrounding area) Highly recommended to others and we will be returning. We had the best time at Teal cottage with 6 friends. The walk into holmfirth is only ten minutes, and there’s loads of coffee shops, a few nice restaurants and pubs, as well as charity shops, walks and runs nearby. We spent a day at the yorkshire sculpture park which was fun too. But mostly we just enjoyed spending time in the house! Cooking facilities, hot tub, TV and games were perfect and we had a fab, very relaxing post exams celebration. If anything it was better than the photos! Like people say in other reviews, the deposit was initially off putting but when Angela explained I felt comfortable with it. The drive is steep but work on your clutch control and you’ll be fine!! Overall absolutely spot on for 6 people for a few days away, with room for extras if we come back in future! Thank you

An excellent and very pleasant place to stay, at a good price. The accommodation was thoughtfully presented, and pristine – the high standard of cleanliness was much appreciated by us. The buildings, the farm, the village and the surroundings are all wonderful and we felt most fortunate to be there. Our hosts were very pleasant too. Great place to stay - some nice restaurants and pubs We used it to commute down to aintree in Liverpool, train was around 45 mins. Comfy space, easy to find and was perfect for what we needed

I don't go away very often and made the decision to use an air b and b for the first time.Myself and a work colleague had to attend a conference in Blackpool and wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing after a long day. The accommodation was excellent and there was nothing more we could have wanted in the property. The correspondence from Samantha was quick and clear before,during and after. I recommend anyone who needs to visit this area to give this accommodation a good look

Another last minute booking whilst on the road. Sue responded immediately and all of her directions were crystal clear. Sue even left a few things in the fridge to help me out which was appreciated. Great place, private parking with virtually an onsite security guard! If I’m ever in the area again will be sure to book!

We are first time visitors in Skipton and glad we stayed with Mel and Jason's place. It was near to the place we were meeting with friends so that comes handy with us getting uber to and from the place. We were out much of the day so it's just nice to come home to a cozy place. Mel and Jason were responsive and timely with their reminders. They also offered some bread, eggs and butter which was thoughtful.

We've just returned from a short stay at my happy hounds. Our glamping pod Hugo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless considering these are dog friendly. The welcome pack was also a nice touch with all quality items. We have 2 dogs one that is very nervous, he settled in well as it was peaceful and private and having ample space for them to run and play at the pod and the secure dog fields, these are a great facility for anyone traveling with a dog. It's only a short drive to find local amenities and finding my happy hounds was easy with Google maps being accurate. The communication from Harry was excellent with plenty of information and help if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already started talking of booking again for the future. A perfect family cottage and photos don't do it justice, it was really really nice!! Perfect location with fantastic views it doesn't feel like you're 15 minutes away from the madness of Blackpool. We'll return in the future 100%.

The guest house was spacious and well set up. We enjoyed our stay and wished we had a longer stay.
